Leah did a phenomenal job finding a ton of homes in the areas I was interested in. She was very responsive even in the evenings and got things scheduled right away. She handled the contracting process very well and negotiated some crucial maintenance issues for my home. She still keeps in touch snd gave me a great house warming gift.

Leah is fantastic! She was patient and showed me quite a few properties in the Denver area. She set up daily updates on new properties, followed up quickly on properties I was interested in, and helped me (a first time home-buyer) navigate the offer/closing process. I felt like I had all the tools I needed to make such an important decision, and I credit her diligence and timely follow-ups with sellers' agents as the reason I was able to get my place at all!

Once I closed, she connected me with excellent contractors who have been instrumental in helping me turn my place into a home.

I can't recommend Leah enough!

Let me begin by saying that I had quite a few choices to choose from to be my agent. I chose Leah because I instantly trusted her and because a close friend had just worked with her on their family's home. I am happy to note that I made the right choice! I had a very unique situation, but that did not stop Leah from giving everything that she had to make things work for my family and me. Leah is really fantastic at making herself familiar with what her client's wants and needs are and setting out to achieve their goals. Not once did Leah doubt my desires. Leah is awesome! She helped us buy our first house in Aurora, during one of the hottest markets we may ever see. We are so thankful that we found Leah! We had a bad experience with our previous realtor, so we were very nervous going into the process of buying/selling again. Leah took the time to come out to our house immediately after we contacted her. She actually listened to our needs and wants -- not only to find our new home, but sell the one we were in, on our terms (& quickly). She helped us navigate through negotiations and stressful moments during the selling/buying process. She was very patient with us. She was so easy to get a hold of and willing to help in any way!
