About Leah

Leah has always had a passion for real estate and even had a little business outfit that she would wear while out "helping" her parents show houses. She is so proud of the business and reputation her parents have built over the years and couldn't imagine having better role models and mentors!

Leah previously worked at a major bank for 13 years, holding every position in the banking center from Teller to Assistant Manager, and then moved over to the mortgage side of the business, where she was auditing files going through the loan modification underwriting process. She then transitioned into process improvement, where she would analyze current processes, identify risks/inefficiencies and work with a team to improve those processes, saving the company time, money, or both! She graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU with my master’s in business administration (MBA) in May of 2015 and was struggling to find a career that she was passionate about. She had always planned to join Rickel Realty, but the timing was never right, until an opportunity presented itself, and she could not pass it up!

Leah decided to join the family business in November of 2016 and could not be happier. She hit the ground running and has loved her career in real estate since day one! The only regret is that she did not do it sooner! She has learned so much from my parents over the years and hope to use her combined entrepreneurship and process improvement skills to continue to drive success within the company.
