Leah Schulz

Leah has in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Half of that time was as a mortgage banker, and this is still something she refers to as her “secret weapon” when she is working with her clients. Leah has owned many rentals, at the height of my career she owned 8 different buildings, for a total of 24 doors. She has also flipped homes, bought homes at the foreclosure auction, and she has built homes from the ground up.

Leah is a Puget Sound native, however she has lived or explored nearly every inch of Washington State. She spent my school years in Walla Walla, and that is where she learned the hardest working people on earth are farmers, and of course she also developed a love of wine!

After so many years in this profession, she has specific strategies that she has developed. If you want to sell your home for top dollar, there are certain things you must do. Period. And, if you’re trying to buy in this market, you have to be ready to compete and move quickly.
