Leslie was such a joy. She worked endlessly for our family, finding us our 1st home. Leslie is one of a kind. She is super sweet and genuine. She made us feel so comfortable. Like if we knew her for years. I was extremely picky and she never once made me feel Like I was being too picky or difficult. We looked at several homes,bmostly on weekends and evening due to my work schedule. She found us everything on our list plus a in ground pool. HUGE BONUS! She made the time and effort and was on top of everything including during closing. She fought for us, saved us time and money. I would recommend her to anybody who is serious about buying a house or land. I will be referring my family and friends to her. That's how phenomenal she is. Shout out to Tempe for all of her hard work too! I can't say enough about the both of you.. You all have made our dreams come true!!! Thank you so very much!!!!!

My husband and I closed on our home February 12th, 2021. It was a happy ending to a one year journey with Leslie and Tempe. While window shopping real estate and daydreaming about moving back home from the TX gulf coast, I received an email from Leslie and now I'm near my family thanks to her persistence and personal connections within the community. We've all been through so much together; a pandemic, quarantines, ice storms, power outages, a hurricane, record snow fall, and a crazy market. There are many realtors, and they're likely all capable of purchasing and selling property but one is very special. Leslie Berndt changed my family's future in 2020. We were moving back to Oklahoma and they worked with us even before we ever left Atlanta. They kept in touch long distance and once we finally moved listened to all of our wants. They were great to work with and found our perfect house the first day. Leslie knew just what we were looking for and was a really listener. She was a dream to work and handled everything so professional from the house hunting to the final closing. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling their house.

Leslie was amazing in assessing the value of the property and not pricing just to sell. She conducted multiple sales strategy during a low real estate period (November). House sold within 60 days of listing we a very appropriate offer and higher than other comparables. After inspection the 8 year old house looked to have over $20,000 in repairs. Leslie took the lead in working with multiple subcontractors to secure bids. See had also recommended we purchase a home warranty prior to listing, which we could use if we had repairs and the. transfer to the buyer. We recouped our money with the first repair. Luckily, some of the repairs fell under a defective product warranty and Leslie worked with the subcontractor to get those covered. She took a lot of stress away from us and will always be appreciated. Highly recommend her.
