About Leslie
As the wife of a builder, Leslie Pearson has always enjoyed watching a house essentially rise from the ground upward — and all the moving parts that go into making it a home. With an eye for the aesthetic as well as the functional, she was naturally drawn to a career in real estate, and joined the Toles, Temple & Wright team in August 2016.
Leslie is a true Roman at heart, having grown up and spent most of her life here. She has watched Broad Street transition into a vibrant and busy business and retail district with restaurants, art galleries, small local bars and music venues, all developed within the context of preserving history. Leslie is an alumna of Darlington School and received her bachelor of science in education from the University of Georgia. She is married to Jack, owner and president of Jack Pearson Construction, and the couple has one daughter and two sons. One of Leslie’s first major projects at TTW was getting to partner with her husband to transform her ancestors’ tract of land into the beautiful Hoyt Hill by the River townhome community in Downtown Rome.
As someone who returned home after college, she knows firsthand why Rome and Northwest Georgia are a great place to raise a family. Leslie’s core belief that stronger families build a stronger community has greatly impacted her desire to support associated causes with her time and talent.
When stepping into a house with a buyer, she helps her clients to imagine themselves at home in the empty rooms and how their lives and furniture will ultimately ?t, and most importantly — help buyers determine if it is the house for them. Beyond the standard duties as a listing agent, she also helps stage the properties she is marketing so that their most impressive and positive qualities resonate ?rst and foremost in the minds of potential buyers.
Leslie supports her clients by being present, engaged and in touch with their concerns and needs — every step of the way. As a natural teacher, she especially enjoys being able to walk her clients through the complete buying and selling process, and is committed to turn what is often a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. Leslie brings valuable insights on the current market while also staying up-to-date on trends that could impact the future. She is committed to working on her clients’ behalf in negotiating price, navigating through inspections, and crossing that ?nish line: the closing table. She gladly welcomes the opportunity to sit down, talk and get started on your journey to ?nd home.
