We met Lilibeth a little over a year ago when we began looking at homes to purchase for our family of 7 and 2 dogs. Me and my fiancé were both first time home buyers and were unaware of a lot of things. Lili did such an amazing job breaking down everything and helping us throughout the entire process. After viewing NUMEROUS amounts of homes and two offers that did not go through we did get a bit discouraged but Lili continued the search and pushed us on. When we stepped into our now current home, we immediately knew that it was the one and put in our offer the same day. The sellers accepted and we couldn’t have been any happier. Lili even showed up to the closing which we believe was the best part. We can honestly say this woman was amazing and we are so thankful and grateful that we had her on our team. Lilibeth & team were excellent at helping us with the transition of moving my Mom from her home in Spring Hill, FL to an independent living facility in another state. They were fantastic with the sale of my Moms home in Florida. They helped tremendously along the way with marketing the home, arranging repairs, compliantly & ethically helping us navigate the legal complexities associated with an elderly parent, closing the transaction from another state. I would give a 6 star rating if it were an option!!!

Lilibeth is the absolute best! When I started planning a move to Florida from Illinois, she helped me keep an eye on what was happening in the market and provided insight into different areas. Lily and her staff were a joy to work with. I just recently sold my house and at a price that was higher than expected. The process from taking pictures, to listing, to having potential buyers look at the property and onward was a seamless one. Everything was transparent, and I was always in the loop as to the logistics. The ability to know exactly what was going on and to being updated during the entire process was priceless. It puts my mind at ease during a potentially stressful time. Kudos to Lily for doing such a wonderful job!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. P.S. As a salesman myself, I find it difficult to come across competent professionals to deal with...This was not the case with Lilly. She is very knowledgeable, reliable, and compassionate. She truly enjoys what she does and it shows. My wife and I recently relocated and had one week to find a home with very specific wants and needs. We flew down and Lilly met with us as soon as we landed to come up with a game plan and plot our route. We looked at 13 homes in one day, revisited 3 of them the following day. We liked them but something was just a touch off with each. Lilly got back to work for us, calling agents and agencies, looking to see if exactly what we were looking for was out there or coming to market soon. Monday she had us out again to another 5 homes, then the phone rings, another house came back on market and one of the agents she spoke with made her their first call. We fell in love with the home and ultimately made it ours. Without Lilly’s willingness to go above and beyond it never would have happened! She is an A+ agent and would be glad to use her again as well as recommended her to anyone I know.
