Linda was extremely personable and reliable through the entire selling process. This was our first time ever selling property, and her knowledge of the process was extremely helpful. She was always available for questions we may have and response time via email or text was beyond quick! She helped us understand the proper value of our property, and we received and accepted a bid of full asking price within 2 days of listing. We would highly recommend Linda for any realtor needs. We know she will be our realtor for any future sales/purchases!

Linda Porterfield was my family’s selling agent for the beginning months of summer this year! We are so glad we had the opportunity to work with her! She is professional, honest, personable, and hardworking! When there were issues with our buyers, she was on top of everything and made sure everything was okay. She ensured the process was smooth and quick! My husband and I tried to do FSBO and had no luck selling on our own. Linda stepped right in and sold our house in less than a month. She is phenomenal. I cannot recommend her and her team at Star One Real Estate enough!!! They are the best!

LInda is not only a great real estate agent, she is a great person. She was so helpful to me and my husband, answering all of our questions (which were a lot). She has great helpful tips for getting your house ready to show and does a lot of work to get it sold. We should have signed with her long ago because she sold my house quickly.
