I met Ling in Arizona.She is my agent.She knew I came from other states.Although she was very busy, she still took time to tour me home every day.The house is really hard to get it.We found one and made an offer.Ling took me to interview the neighbors.But later, the seller didn’t choose me.So I went back home.During the time with Ling, she is responsible, patient, professional and she always cares about me. I believe her.So I ask her to show me the home by video. She explains it very clearly.Finally I found one I like it.From my experience, I highly recommend Ling to anyone.

My husband and I just closed a house with Ling. The experience was exceptional. There is not one realtor who is more precise and caring than Ling. Throughout the whole process she was on top of everything. We love how she communicated with the other broker and with us to maximize our benefits from the whole negotiation. Ling looks out for her clients and speaks out on problems that might cause trouble in the future. I think that is the most important characteristic when you are looking for a trustworthy realtor. I highly recommend Ling as a realtor. She was very helpful with the purchase of my first home and was patient throughout the process. I ended up viewing at least over 20 homes.
She provided a great deal of insight throughout the buying process and always kept me updated throughout the negotiation process. One of the most daunting part of buying a home is the paperwork, but she went over each of them and always made sure I understood everything.
Overall, for me, I never felt stress during the buying process and I credit all of it to Ling.
