I would recommend Lino to anyone who asked! He helped to sell our condo in three days - everything from a frictionless listing process to a seamless closing. Lino was available for questions, advice, staging help and opinions and everything in between - and at all hours of the day/weekends. Working with Lino is like working with a friend - we are so appreciative of him and all the support the provided in the sale of our first home.

Lino is great! He is proactive, considerate and works hard to learn what type of home you want. He doesn't waste time showing homes that don't fit your needs/wants. He's also very knowledgeable and great about answering questions, as first time home buyers this was super helpful! Highly recommend Lino!

Hands down the best agent I’ve ever worked with. I’m going to call myself out and admit I’m not one of those laidback, easy going clients. But Lino is probably the only agent I’ve ever worked with who doesn’t know that, because he never even gave me the opportunity to be difficult. He communicated every step of the way before I even had the chance to ask for updates, which resulted in such a seamless process. We had many bumps in the road outside of our control, and he always had solutions in the works before I even had time to stress about it. This was the most complicated real estate deal I have ever done, but he made it by far the easiest.

Lino is EXCEPTIONAL. During a time when buyers are making offer after offer and losing their sought home(s) by getting outbid or out-maneuvered again and again, Lino made a miracle happen: He successfully helped us land our dream home...on our very first bid!! His extensive knowledge of the market and trends, negotiation skills and level of professionalism are unparalleled. He's incredibly attentive to detail, always immediately responsive (and patient) with us, and of course, he's just a fantastic person all around. In fact, nearly two months after we closed, he is STILL working on helping to get the sellers to follow through on pre-sale promises. He also connected us with amazing financing and insurance folks to help make the closing process as quick and seamless as possible. I just can't thank him enough for helping us start our new life in our incredible new home in Seattle. We easily give Lino our highest recommendation possible. Is there a way for us to give him more stars? Five just doesn't cut it!

We had an excellent experience working with Lino to buy our new house in West Seattle! We were nervous about buying in such a competitive market, but in addition to being really nice to work with, we feel Lino helped give us an edge! He has all the qualities you'd expect of a great agent: He is honest, quick to respond and generous with his time in answering questions and making appointments, and super knowledgeable.

Then there is everything he did to help us go above and beyond in our search: he really took the time to help us understand what goes into crafting a competitive offer in Seattle while at the same making sure we understood how those impact us as buyers (how much earnest money to make non-refundable, when to waive inspection contingencies, when to consider waiving financing contingencies, lease-back, etc). We live a few hours away, so he took multiple trips out to West Seattle (while the bridge was closed, no small trip!) to double check things for us before and after making an offer. He worked closely with us to create a customized, competitive offer that stayed within our budget and helped us win! He kept his finger on the pulse of the process all way through closing to ensure we would get our new home. Lastly, he brings with him a huge network of people connected to the Seattle market to lean on and make referrals.

If we ever decide to sell our new home I know we'll be using Lino as our agent again. Give him a chance and you won't be disappointed!

Buying a property can be super stressful and kind of confusing but not with Lino! No matter what time of day it was he would reply the same day and keep me updated throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for an amazing relator, look no further. Lino is a very knowledgeable realtor and thoughtful individual and we knew that he always had our best interests in mind. We were looking for our first home during a really tough time with COVID, high demand, and very low housing inventory. Because of COVID, there were no open houses, so Lino set up all our appointments to view homes. As we were first time homebuyers, it was a blessing in disguise to be able to view every home with Lino. While my husband and I knew what we liked and didn’t like, Lino looked at the small but very important things like the age of the water heater or if there seemed to be issues that may come up with the foundation. As mentioned, because of the tough housing market, we had to put in a few offers but with each one, Lino made sure we put in the best offer we could by researching comparable houses in the area and creating an individualized plan for the day of the review.
We are very happily settled in our dream home now and would not hesitate to recommend Lino to our family and friends!

Lino Guidero was wonderful to work with, he is very personable and knowledgeable on the whole house selling process and walked me through the entire process.
The staging of the townhome for pictures made it look like the townhome belonged in a magazine and was instrumental in selling the townhome.
Lino was very quick to respond to any questions and of course I had a lot. He was always available and super responsive.

One of the best things we did in our house hunt was get Lino by our side. Lino is more like a friend/guardian than an agent really especially for first time home buyers. Lino guided us all along from search to closing, he understood our requirements and budget so well that he actually knew better than us what would be best for us. He is such an easy person to work with. Always always found time for us, always showed up on time, showed us many many houses and even when we were not selecting any, not once he was pushy or rushing things. First class service! Extremely knowledgeable, had the answers to all our questions. Showed us houses that weren’t a waste of time to look at. It seemed like every house we liked and brought family members over to look at for 2nd and 3rd opinions. Speaking of which he made himself available every time we asked to see a house again. The house we chose, he was there every step of the way for us. If there was something that needed to be done, Lino had a resource for it. I can go on and on about our amazing experience, but the bottom line is Lino was instrumental in my family finding home. I can not be more thankful for Lino being there for us and making sure we were taken care of.

Lino is the BEST!!! Can I give 100/5 stars?! He helped me purchase my first condo (in a multiple offer situation) and I could not be happier with the experience he provided me! Being a first time home buyer, I had so many questions but Lino was there to explain everything every step out of the way and available any time and any day. He is so knowledgeable on so many aspects. We actually ended up pulling my first initial offer because of the research he had done. He totally saved me from what could have been a potential bad investment. He truly cares about his clients and isn’t just looking for a paycheck- which unfortunately can be rare in this business. I cannot express enough how amazing of an agent Lino is and I couldn’t imagine using anyone else (coming from someone who use to work in a real estate office).
