Lisa DeFrancesco

Lisa DeFrancesco was born in Fort Lee, Virginia, but her upbringing as a military child gave her the opportunity to live and travel both nationally and internationally. After spending eight years overseas and fifteen years in Colorado, she has come full circle, returning to the Richmond area.

With personal experience as a homeowner—having purchased her first property at the age of 23—and as a mother of two, Lisa understands the unique challenges faced by first-time buyers and families navigating the real estate process. She is known for her strong work ethic, commitment to exemplary customer service, and a proven track record of helping clients make sound decisions. Her negotiation skills have successfully facilitated home sales both locally and across the country.

Lisa’s work with relocation clients has given her deep insight into the Richmond region, including Hanover, Henrico, and Chesterfield counties, as well as more remote areas such as Dinwiddie, Powhatan, and Prince George counties.

She is passionate about supporting her clients through every stage of their real estate journey, whether they are purchasing new construction, traditional residential homes, or investment properties. While her office is based in Richmond, she resides in Chesterfield County.

Originally a college art major, Lisa transitioned into working with GIS statistics and developed a strong affinity for information technology professionals—proudly embracing her “geek badge.”
