About Lisa

Lisa Fonseca is our outstanding agent in helping us achieve tops in sales for Gold Canyon AZ for independent brokerages. She has been selling her for 7 years being licensed in 2005. Starting with RE/MAX she has achieved the coveted 100% Club Award from RE/MAX International. During the summer of 2007 Lisa earned the Accredited Staging Professional designation studying under Barbara Schultz of www.HomeStaging.com and in 2011 she has achieved the CDPE (certified distressed property expert) designation. Lisa's enthusiasm and her outstanding skills in negotiation, tenacity, professionalism and attention to detail in dealing with her clients are the foundation to her achieving outstanding marketing and sales results for our brokerage and some very prestigious corporations. She has now put those very same skills to work for our team. Lisa has achieved the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer's Representative and already has an extensive list of happy buyers. She is now working on her CRS designation.

Lisa has moved to Arizona from the Chicago Metropolitan area, where she has accumulated over 20 years of corporate marketing experience. She was the Director of Marketing for the famous "Hotel Sofitel" a subsidiary of ACCOR INTERNATIONAL by the O'Hare Airport, William Mercer Consulting as Director of Client Services and finally as Director of Human Resources for the Home Depot Corporation.

Lisa is married to Executive Chef, "Alfonso" who was named Chef of the Year in 2004 for the city of Chicago and now is the executive chef for Rock Bottom Restaurant in Scottsdale and has appeared on local television preparing some of his Lisa and Al reside in Apache Junction, Arizona with their twin grandchildren, Milan and Hunter.

Besides loving her new position in real estate and providing her clients with outstanding service, Lisa enjoys photography, art, fine wines and most importantly, giving back to the community.
