Michelle was absolutely incredible!!! Unfortunately my mother passed away and this was her home and a trust sale. From my first meeting with Michell she was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the homes in the area. I had met with a couple other agents that seem to just randomly pull suggested listing prices out of the hat. Michell sat down with me and went over all the comparable sales in my area and we arrived at a very marketable price. During the escrow process Michell was absolutely unbelievable! She responded back almost immediately to any questions I had or situations with the home. Because the home needed a little bit of repairs and I did not live in the area Michell also helped me with her knowledge of great contractors in the surrounding area. She coordinated literally every contractor and repair that had to be done on the home without me ever leaving the house. I work with real estate agents for a living for the past 33 years. Although I am not a realtor I am directly involved in the transaction and have worked with thousands of different realtors on tens of thousands of transactions. That being said I would place Michell in the top 2% of the best agents I’ve ever worked with…. And that is saying a lot coming from me. I was given a work relocation which is incredibly stressful because I have to work while moving by a deadline and finding a place, seeing homes etc. My job kindly offered me their preferred realtor. I swear, that realtor almost made me turn away from buying because everything was so difficult and stressful. But, I managed to make one of my best decisions to date, I contacted Jennifer Stevens at Team Forss. From our first call, I knew she was the one I wanted in my corner for this.
I cannot emphasize enough the world of difference a realtor like Jennifer will make in your experience. Her market knowledge? up to date. Personality? warm and welcoming. The entire experience? absolutely wonderful.

Our process was not simple…we were transferring funds from a rental property in another state to the new purchase in California. Edan Trump was our realtor that helped us buy our first home in a very tough seller's market where homes were routinely selling for 10% or more over listing price. It was a buying frenzy where the normal rules didn't apply. Edan was a great realtor, cheerleader, counselor, and friend through the whole process including escrow. That was especially important because we were first time home buyers.
I would recommend Edan 100% if you are looking for a great agent and are tired of getting your offers rejected. I've been tracking his price estimates for houses that we passed on and his numbers have been spot on when looking at the sale prices after close.

As an Armed Forces Veteran and first-time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better realty team than Team Forss. Mike Kem was my agent, and his energy and dedication to the process were phenomenal. He helped me every step of the way from picking a home to recommending a better mortgage broker than I had, literally saving me THOUSANDS of dollars over the next 30-years. Because of Mike's recommendation, my mortgage interest rate went from 3.375% to 2.877% using Modern Lending.
Initially, I had a different realtor who was nice but wasn't as helpful as I would have liked as a first-time homebuyer. However, Mike was the polar opposite and bombarded me with information on the first day of meeting him. It was a lot to take in at first, but slowly I recognized the value in his experience as a realtor. Mike was very communicative, texting and/or calling me with frequent updates. Additionally, he is connected in the community with incredible hookups with various contractors for after-purchase updates. This experience will be the barometer that I use for all future home purchases. Thank you to Mike and his team for making my home buying experience one to remember.

My wife and I didn't know much about the process to purchase a house in general. Neither of us grew up in the US and so we where very doubtful about our chances, specially in SoCal.
Long story short, we are glad we ended up choosing a hard working and friendly agent such as Edan Trump from Team Forss. He explained the entire process many times, answered all our questions in a timely manner and guided us to see what is relevant and what is not when searching for a property. There where so many things that I missed that Edan pointed out and helped us consider. It's scary to go house hunting feeling unprepared but Edan really helped us fix that handicap!
He was a real asset when it came to getting our offers on the table. They where professional yet personal and that was in huge part the reason why we managed to snag out dream house. There where situations where we needed to confirm some information with our lender and Edan also facilitated that. I'm telling you, this guy is there for you when you need him. This is the second house I have purchased completely. The last house I bought was in 2013, before my divorce which subsequently led me to bankruptcy. When I bought that house, my realtor at the time was not very proactive. I was constantly prodding her and updating her on the listings during a time when the market was not as volatile as it has been this year. After purchasing my home I learned of quite a bit of errors she had made despite her supposed long-term experience in realty. When I was forced to sell my home in 2015, I used another realtor that again, did not have my best interest at heart and grossly overpriced my home and did not take new pictures resulting in over a year of sitting on the market until I eventually went with another agent who sold the house in a month and a half.
Fast forward to March 2020 when I was contacted by a mortgage company and eventually pre-approved. I spoke with Joel as well as three additional realtors. I was determined to find a home and an agent that would be the best fit for my family and I. While they all agreed I would have to wait until August to close on a home due to my bankruptcy, Joel and another agent were the only two to maintain contact the entire process. The other realtor even waived his fee once he found out I was shopping for realtors. Annoyingly though, this agent would bombard my inbox with listings that did not fit my needs such as 55+ communities, or condos without parks or yards, or even areas I expressly asked to avoid. Even after bringing this to his attention, the agent made no revisions.
Key-in Joel Silverthorn. I never had to worry about finding relevant listings or falling out of the loop. He maintained constant contact throughout the entire process. He spoke with me on several occasions tailoring the searches so that we could find homes that fit within my needs. I found a home that I loved, the yard was perfect, the size was great, and the location was manageable, there was once detail in which was unique due to the COVID laws that could have made my life hell later. Instead of letting me buy it and running off with his commission, he advised against it even though I was bull-headed. I eventually purchased another home outside of the area originally planned based on his council. This home fit my needs more than I knew. What set him apart further yet was that once we entered escrow, Joel went above and beyond the call to ensure we would make appraisal and fought to get me more benefits. He was even able to deal with a difficult listing agent to close the home.
The point of this story is that there are many realty agents to choose from. Most are looking to get paid and nothing more. They will only talk to you when they believe you can benefit them and the will discard you once they believe they are finished. I have known bad, lazy, inexperienced, and determined agents throughout my life and Joel is by far the best. Joel not only continues to prioritize your interests, but also uses his experience to broaden your horizons in a way that allows you to consider homes you normally wouldn’t have. I couldn’t be happier with the home and it wouldn’t have been possible with a lesser agent. Team Forss is definitely lucky to have an agent such as Joel in their employ and any who are fortunate enough to work with Joel will realize he has their best interests at heart. When my aunt contacted me to tell me she was ready to make the cross-country move from CA to MA to live with us in the fall rather than the spring, I was both delighted along with feeling the stress of the daunting task ahead. I had no idea how I was going to put all of the pieces of the move in place during a very brief visit out west. Enter Jarred Brink of Team Forss!
I have to say he was an absolute God-send in every way...from taking the time to sit with us and explain all of Team Forss' services and why they were our best choice to reviewing the comps in the neighborhood and suggesting a very attractive starting price to helping make the move possible during an extremely tight time frame. The home was listed in a very timely manner with photographs that truly showcased it at its best. It hit the MLS on Saturday morning - we had 9 potential buyers go through the home over the weekend. By Sunday evening, we received a full price offer. On Monday, the third day on the market, we received a greater-than-asking-price cash offer!
Jarred was very much in contact throughout the entire sale of the house and explained everything in detail, each step of the way. He thoroughly answered all of our questions, even questions we didn't know to ask. He instilled in us great confidence that the transaction would go smooth as silk and far exceeded any and every expectation we may have had. Goran, Ryan Phillips, and Team Forss are must use real estate professionals. Period, end of story!!!
We first listed our property on Camino Mirabella in Murrieta with an agent at First Team and had one of the worst experiences ever! Our original listing agent with First Team was great, however, was a little inexperienced and was not provided with any real guidance or support from their management which led to having a difficult time executing the sale of our property. First Team then transferred us to a more "experienced" agent who just made things worse.
We then decided to call the number one listing team in the area, Team Forss, to see about making a switch. I called the number on their website and was surprised to get Goran, the owner of the brokerage. Goran, answered all my questions and even offered free advice. He then invited me down to their office to meet with their listing team.
As we pulled up to their office we were very impressed with their building. Right away we felt comfortable that we were meeting with the top agents in the area. Now, I wasn't 100% sure if we would be actually meeting with Goran, him being the owner and all but he was there. He even came downstairs and greeted us as we entered the building. Then we met with him and his top listing agent Ryan Phillips.
We discussed the situation that First Team had us in and how bad their service was. We came up with a plan and signed them as the listing agents the following week.
Now, we would have signed the listing agreement that day but First Team didn't want to let us cancel our agreement, even after the horrible service we received and even after their branch manager threatened me once I told him I was going to write my honest review on how bad their service was. (Literally threatened me and said he knows people at the district attorneys office) Not sure what that even means...
Anyways, Ryan and Team Forss took over the listing and guess what???
Bam... the house sold!
It's crazy to think that the top brokerage with a ton of experience could sell a house that others could not.... (I am being sarcastic here)
So, at the end of the day, the lesson learned here is just go with Team Forss and stuff will get done the right way. Team Forss really went over the top with their service. From helping us line up lawn care to a connecting us with a few handymen services to improve the property.
In conclusion, I couldn't be happier with their service and if you are thinking about hiring an agent, call Ryan and Team Forss today!

Wendy Rosser is an absolutely amazing Real Estate Agent. I can not recommend her more to anyone looking for not only an Agent who is fantastic at their job but who is a very good and genuine person. I was certainly a challenge and she never lost her patience with me, in fact she was extremely understanding through the whole process. I even cancelled after home inspections and signing papers a couple of times atleast. Having a special needs son I had so much to consider when buying a home and she was so compassionate and understanding. She listened to me vent and cry and helped me through the whole process. I even had one agent drop me before her because I was "too emotional" and couldn't make up my mind. I finally found the right home for myself and my son and it is largely because Wendy didnt give up on me. She is not all business, she really cares and that means the world to me. I am extremely happy I chose Team Forss to sell my house. Deborah Llambias was my agent and she did an excellent job in getting my house sold. My house got 2 offers within 2 weeks on the market, and we were able to close on time. Less than a year ago I put my house on the market with Redfin, and it did not sell. Redfin has a lower commission but you get what you pay for, and I see how much of difference it was when I went with Team Forss. Team Forss is brilliantly structured to provide the best expert for each type of real estate transaction and Kim Wilder is a real expert for purchasing homes. Throughout the whole buying process we found out why she deserves her recognition. Although she is always busy servicing her other clients at the same time, I felt that we were almost her only client by the way she was so quickly able to respond to our many questions during the buying process. Her time management is excellent. Her negotiations with the selling agent were outstanding. We were able to get more cooperation on issues to get resolved than we expected. Where do I start? Brian and Lisa Mason at Team Forss were simply amazing, from start to finish.
My husband and I are first time home buyers, and the process seemed somewhat overwhelming, at first. I stumbled across Team Forss in what seemed like a “chance encounter” resulting from a google search. Later, I would realize that it was more likely fate that led us to Team Forss, and ultimately, our dream home! My immediate impression of Brian and Lisa was that they were both experienced and they knew the area, inside and out. They immediately connected me with a mortgage broker that was well known in the area that guided me thru the whole loan process. The Masons recognized we were “green” in the real estate world, and they educated my husband and I, without ever making us feel unknowledable. After carefully listening to our families needs and our tastes, They worked diligently to find properties that matched. They also set up appointments with home owners that met our small window of opportunity, in which we were in the country. Upon arriving in Temecula, We first met with Brian, who had a full day of property hunting mapped out and scheduled for us (per our request) While looking at the properties, it was obvious they had paid particular attention to our requirements for a home in quality, cost and location. We have been working with Brian and Lisa Mason of Team Forss for a little over a year and our experience with them has been great. The came highly recommended by our daughter who works in the mortgage industry. We were planning on relocating from Northern to Southern California, and at that time, our moving plans where not yet firm. Consequently, Lisa and Brian were very accommodating with our long-distance home search, and the time it took to get to purchase. We would make a list of homes to preview and Lisa would set up the viewings and where to meet Brian to take us on a tour of potentials. Since we were flying in each time, these tours would include a lot of homes, which meant that Brian would spend a large part of the day with us. Brian was happy to explain things about the homes and suggest possibilities and in no way was pushy or tried to hurry us. He also is extremely knowledgeable and if he doesn’t have the answer at the time, he would get right back to you. When we finally found our potential home in Murrieta, Brian was more than willing to look it over for us beforehand and let us know his thoughts as to whether it was as good as it seemed online (which it was). From the time we decided to put in an offer, Brian was on top of all aspects of the transaction; fully explaining documents, contingencies and timelines. To reiterate, we are extremely satisfied with the service we have received from Brian and Lisa as well as finding them not only personable but possessing a great sense of humor. This made the vetting process much more enjoyable. Believe me, you need a sense of humor not only selling, but going though the home buying/moving process! My husband and I were relocating from out of state and it's so hard to know that you are going to be aligned with a quality realtor that is going to go the extra mile to make sure that you are finding exactly what you need and getting you all the appropriate information that aids in such a large purchase. My husband and I are very picky buyers and were looking in the neighborhood of the $1.5million-$2million range and we've always heard so many stories about not getting the quality service when you are a high-end buyer once you are actually in escrow. We read reviews online and came across Daniel and Ashley Jarvis with Team Forss Realty Group. I loved the idea of a husband and wife team being OUR agent team. I read review after review of amazing feedback about their care for their clients and their Superior Service, and the pure benefit to a buyer of having two agents working for you. My initial interview for my agent selection was with Ashley and the knowledge she expressed for not only the Temecula area but for the surrounding areas of Fallbrook and Valley Center and Bonsall as well as going further south down to Rancho Bernardo was incredible. She never pushed any specific area on me because of her specializing in a specific area , but she gave me information on every area and the benefits of each area . I learned so much on the phone just from talking to her that I knew I was getting more information than I would get from anyone else. Then my husband followed up with Daniel and he reassured me that this was the best fit for us to move forward. He said that Daniel knew exactly how to reassure him of areas that had high taxes or low taxes and how to be aware of what kind of payment he was looking at. Daniel reassured him as well that there is no one that will have the negotiating ability that he and Ashley will based on the relationships they have any area, and it is so true!
We have now bought our luxury gorgeous home and are extremely ecstatic that we were fortunate enough to come across Daniel and Ashley Jarvis. Reviews I believe are everything to know you are getting a quality agent, but these reviews do not compare to the actual service you get from this Dynamic team. I can tell you first-hand that having two agents working for you is so beneficial in the time you save and the negotiations that take place, as well as the detail that is covered. Daniel is amazing at negotiating and getting the most for every penny spent and Ashley is so detailed and so careful with the personal side of it that we felt taken care of every step of the way. We had the pleasure and honor of working with Brian and Lisa Mason recently. We had the daunting task of moving from New Jersey to California. We met Brian when we were scouting for homes in Winchester. He was “Johnny on the Spot!” Extremely helpful, but not pushy. He took us to look at several homes and then we had to go back to New Jersey. Brian and Lisa continued to send us homes they thought we would be interested in. Then “bingo!” we found the home that we wanted. It was not an easy task. We had found a “short sale” home. Not an easy thing to time. Not an easy thing to be selected out of at least a dozen people who were interested in this home. Brian counseled us on what we should do to be chosen as the buyers. We were blessed to be selected, because of all of the smart moves that Brian suggested we do.
The next step was to get our home ready to sell. More good guidance from Brian and Lisa to be prepared early. That was a huge move — especially when this “short sale” came to fruition as quickly as it did.
They put us in touch with Loan Depot where we got pre-approval on our mortgage and, ultimately, our home loan.
It sure didn’t end there. Even then they made it possible for us to close while we were in New Jersey and the closing was in California. They made everything easy.
Brian and Lisa set up with their connections for many things to start while we were driving here. They started out having the house cleaned; then the carpet was stretched and shampooed. They also got us a landscaper, a painter, pool service, a locksmith to change our locks, and home security.
The morning that we arrived, we were greeted by Brian sweeping out the garage. We had a sign in our exterior entryway saying, “Welcome to the Cilderman home!” They had put toilet paper in all of the bathrooms, as well as paper towels and hand soap on the kitchen. There was granite cleaner and window cleaner. There was a welcome basket on the counter on the kitchen with gifts from various vendors from this area. This basket was created by Lisa. What an outstanding team they are. Obviously, we were working with a thoughtful, knowledgeable, caring couple.
We love this house and we really wanted it! They made it happen with their incredible expertise and concern for us. They greatly exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond. We would be so pleased and honored to recommend them to those looking for a realtor / home in this area.

We decided to sell our house and buy a new one. We originally used one agent who had multiple excuses for why he was unavailable on a particular weekend or why he had been unable to set up any of the showings we had found. When he did actually end up showing us a house, he got lost every time in getting us there and did not have any information to provide with us other than what we found on Zillow. During the same time, we relied on that agent's "expertise" in setting the price for our house to sell. After six months of our house on the market with hardly any showings, we decided to change and try Team Forss.
With Team Forss, we automatically got one agent (Matt Tibbetts) dedicated to selling our house and one agent (Brian Mason) exclusively for showing us houses/buying a house. After switching to Matt Tibbetts, we got more showings in three weeks than we had with our prior agent in six months! Our house sold in less than one month after switching to Matt Tibbetts.
During that same time, Brian Mason was able to schedule every single one of the houses we wanted to see, except for one because it had already sold. Brian went above and beyond by using our search parameters to find a comparable house to show us instead of the one that was already sold. Brian also provided us with a booklet for each showing, directions to each house, and was extremely knowledgeable about the market in general, the specific area we were looking to buy a home, and did his research on each home before he showed it to us.
Our only regret is not going with Matt Tibbetts and Brian Mason of Team Forss from the beginning!

We were referred to Rose Greven of Team Forss by our mortgage broker. As 1st time home buyers we were nervous about the process but Rose’s reviews were excellent so we gave her a call and a few months later here we are in our 1st home!
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Rose. She was experienced, professional, approachable and friendly. Her experience and expertise was apparent from the first time we met her. Throughout the entire process it was clear Rose had our best interests in mind and really went the extra mile to look after us. She showed us 15 or more homes around Temecula and keyed in quickly on what we were looking for as well as being flexible with her schedule to quickly make arrangements to view homes as soon as they came on the market.
Once the offer was accepted she knew exactly what questions to ask, information to seek, and inspections to book. She has many contacts in the industry and was able to quickly arrange inspections as well as guide us through the tricky negotiating process with the seller.

When we decided to sell our house, we met with 3 realtors, and ended up choosing Team Forss, All of them were pretty good and had good credentials, but ultimately we went with Team Forss because we felt they had an edge in online marketing as compared to the others. After all, all home searches are done online now on sites such as this. Goran (with his Computer Science background) was pretty clear on the things that needed to be done to ensure maximum visibility online. In retrospect, our decision to go with Team Forss was sound and we are extremely happy we did so. Our home had multiple showings in the first week that it was listed, and an offer within 3 days!!! Our house was in escrow exactly 9 days after it was listed, with escrow closing 30 days after that. Overall, it was a smooth and painless transaction and far exceeded our expectations!. One of our concerns was that Team Forss had a lot of properties that they had listed on the market and we were not sure if they would have the time to spend with us addressing our concerns. That turned out to be unfounded as Lisa is available all the time on email and phone to help address any questions. Truly great service! I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are planning to sell your home.

I found Lisa and Goran via an internet search for "top realtors in Temecula". They absolutely lived up to that billing!! My experience with them was top notch from beginning to end. They listed my house at an aggressive price, defended why they thought they could get that price, and ended up selling it slightly above that listing price. Goran is more behind the scenes, working the marketing side of the effort, and Lisa was our day-to-day contact. She's very knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. They were both attentive to my listing and easy to reach and pro-actively provided updates all the way through to the closing. My wife and I just completed the sale of our home using Goran and Lisa as our listing agents. I can't say enough about their professionalism, expertise, and their overall competence as real estate agents!
We did extensive research in our efforts to find an agent to list our home. We whittled the list of agents we were considering down to four and then met with representatives from each. When we met with Goran and Lisa, both my wife and I were not only impressed with their enthusiasm and past experience as well as their success as agents, but we were even more impressed with how they go about listing a home for sale.
Lisa and Goran had their work cut out for them when we selected them to represent us. Our home was more expensive than most of the homes they list, and in the preceding months prior to us listing with them, only a couple homes in our area had sold in our price range, so we knew it was going to be a difficult sale.
Although our home was in a separate county than their agency, Goran, who has an M.S. in computer science, assured us that they would list our home in multiple MLSs to give it maximum exposure. Knowing that many people search for homes using internet searches on listing sites such as Zillow, he assured us when individuals researched those sites, our home would appear near or at the top of the listing searches.
Goran and Lisa made the perfect team. Goran's job was to ensure maximum online exposure and Lisa handled all the agent responsibilities such as assisting us with staging, arranging a professional photographer, and coordinating with realtors who were showing the home, etc. The cost for the professional photographer and stager came out of their agent fees and were not separate. When we had questions, Lisa and Goran were always available to assist. They kept us informed of the process from beginning to end and provided us with priceless guidance throughout the sale of our home.
Exposure is everything when selling a home, and Goran ensured we got as many viewings as possible. Very rarely did a day go by that we didn't have someone view the house. On one weekend alone, we had six showings, three of which were families who lived out of state (Arizona, Washington, and Texas)! When we got offers on our home, Lisa and Goran helped us make the best possible decisions during the negotiation process. We ended up getting a cash offer which sped up the process dramatically. Since the buyer didn't need an appraisal on the home for a lender, we didn't have to worry about the appraisal coming in under the sale price.
All-in-all, my wife and I can't adequately express our satisfaction with our decision to use Goran and Lisa to list our home. Anyone considering a home purchase or sale would be well-served by considering them! Their experience and knowledge of the process is quite impressive! I am confident they are the best realtors we could have selected!

Lisa and Goran are amazing! We were impressed upon our first meeting with the enthusiasm displayed by both, as well as their obvious knowledge of the area, and current trends in the real estate market. When I received orders to NC my wife was still not finished with her school program, and wouldn't be until after we needed to get our son in school there. Lisa and Goran knowing what my wife's workload and schedule was like brought in their own cleaning crew, and then were dealing with me long distance for almost all of the details. We ended up moving our listing date up at the last minute, and they managed to turn that around, working with my wife's schedule, and get the house on the market within 2 days. They were always extremely responsive, and went to great lengths to make sure all of our questions were answered to the point we were comfortable with. When the house got listed it showed at or near the top of the first page on every website I could think to search, and stayed there until we accepted an offer. We had 4 offers within the first week, all above asking price. That's when Lisa's negotiating skills came out, and their real estate knowledge shown even more. They worked out a rent-back situation so we didn't have to worry about where my wife was going to stay for her last amount of time in school, and I would be able to put an offer in on a house in NC, so we can get our son settled and enrolled before the start of his school year. It couldn't have worked out better. These people are TRUE professionals who promise, and then over-deliver.

Selling a home can be a very stressful process and finding the right listing agent to market your home and set the right asking price is monument. We did our research and took the time to interview a few agents before making a decision of whom to list our home with. Experience, marketing and a personal connection to your agent were very important to us as we go through this process. We found Lisa and Goran through their extensive internet exposure and reading about their performance guarantees on Trulia. We decided to interview them to sell our main home in Wolf Creek. We were impressed with their comprehensive marketing program for selling homes. They have it down to a science. We had checked recent sold comps and they were showing a price of approximately $470K. Lisa and Goran recommended we list the home above the price range at $499,000 which sounded too high. They assured us with their marketing they would attract lots of buyers and many who will be able to buy it above that even. Well, within days we had multiple offers above $500K and we sold the home at $515,000 where the buyer was willing to waive the appraisal contingency. It only appraised at $480,000 so that was a really good move, on our part. We were impressed with them always being available and provide updates. They are absolutely passionate about their business and it shows. Based on their success with our main home, we had them sell our rental home as well. They sold it quickly and above list price. They are a marketing machine!!

We are the Pupko's. My wife and I recently had a horrible experience with the current prominent builder in Temecula; just days before we were due to close escrow on a new-build home in Redhawk, we discovered a structural issue with the home and the builder stonewalled us, telling us, essentially, to "go pound sand". Once we emailed them saying that "we cannot close escrow until this issue is fixed", they chose to accept this as our "formal request to cancel the contract". It was shameful. Moreover, my wife and I were faced with the dilemma of having already leased our current home, we had already hired movers, packed for moving...the whole nine yards. The situation we found ourselves in I wouldn't wish our worst enemy. We contacted Goran and Lisa Forss to see if they might have any comparable listings in the 92592...we were looking for something larger, gorgeous, and with an amazing view. When we were originally looking for a home, back in May, Goran and Lisa had one of their agents show us some homes, but at that time, we couldn't find what pleased us, but I remembered how committed they were, and responsive and attentive, so when faced with our recent situation, I of course thought of them first. As it turns out, they had a listing that suited our needs coming to market the very day after I called them, and while they had an Open House scheduled for the next day...Saturday...they had one of their agents meet us at the house that same day...that Friday. We loved the house, and we made an offer on the spot....full asking price. Now because the Open House had been scheduled already, they couldn't very well kill it, but because of our previous encounter five months previous, they did promise us first right of refusal. That Monday, the agent told us that from the Open House, three offers came in. One was at $9K OVER asking price and ALL CASH. This is what these people are: because they had given us first right of refusal, they not only accepted our offer instead of the other, they accepted it knowing that the other offer was ALL CASH. These are caring people, to say the least. Sure...they know their business...they're the largest agency in Temecula...but they have proven to be decent, empathetic, caring people of integrity, and that's simply hard to find regardless of the industry. Goran, Lisa, thank you for helping turn what was a nightmarish situation...one that left us resentful and incredulous....into a fairy tale ending. You guys are the real deal and I mean it most sincerely.
