Lisa Lapenes

Lisa was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Her family moved to Jacksonville, FL during her high school days. After graduation, Lisa accepted a position with Delta Airlines as a flight attendant. Her travels throughout the world helped her develop customer service skills that are necessary for representing clients in the Real Estate industry. After multiple years in the air, Lisa married her husband Joey and started her career in the real estate industry. She initially started out employed by a locally franchised mortgage company and then, with her success and gained experience, created her own mortgage brokerage company. Personal Touch Mortgage was a local staple of the mortgage industry for great years. In 2008, Lisa and Joey welcomed the youngest of their three children. Mrs. Lapenes decided to spend more time with the family and step away from the mortgage business. Traveling, boating, and being involved in the community rejuvenated her soul and spirit. However, her love for real estate and the past relationship that she built sparked the need to get back into the business world. Partnering with Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Partners, Lisa exhibits the highest level of professionalism, passion, and integrity along with the desire to supply her clients with the best service possible.
