Lisa recently helped me sell my home and purchase my new home. Although this can be a stressful time - Lisa makes it almost seem easy. Lisa is very knowledgeable of the entire process and has many resources on her contact list. She always keeps you up to date on all aspects of the buying/selling process. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is professional, experienced, knowledgeable & caring. My family recently had to sell our mothers home under very stressful circumstances. Lisa did a magnificent job and took care of all the details that went
into the successful sale of my condo. Her tasks included learning my concerns, taking the listing at an agreeable price, getting a
professional home inspection, prepping and staging the unit, and
holding the open house that produced our buyer. Additional work
was resolved by Lisa with issues that involved the buyer's loan, my HOA, and a plumbing unique to the building.
Through all of this, I've been treated as her most important client,
could always reach her by phone, and always felt she was doing her best, not just for me but for anyone else involved in the sale

I worked with Lisa to sell my home in Newark and the process couldn't have gone smoother. Lisa is easy to work with and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. My husband and I were first-time home buyers, and we knew how important it was to have an experienced, professional, available, and communicative realtor by our side. Lisa was all of these things and more. She was extremely timely in her responses to our calls/texts/emails, and she was always available to meet us in person to show us homes. As first-time buyers we had a lot of questions, and she was always patient and professional with us. We believe she was always honest with us, and was sincerely looking out for our best interest. She never pushed us towards homes that wouldn't have been a good fit for us. Her honesty combined with her attention to detail saved us thousands of dollars from a mishap that she noticed in our closing documents. She has knowledge of contract work, and has plenty of contract referrals. With Lisa by our side, we purchased our first home. If we move again in the future we will definitely have Lisa help us again, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic realtor.

Lisa is not only professional at what she does but also compassionate to her sellers when they are going through rough times. Selling my uncle's house was forced on me by relatives and it was hard and emotional. Lisa picked up every time I called or got back to me soon after. She answered every email, every question and every concern. She worked extremely hard for us so that we could get the best price for our home. I cannot recommend her enough. Lisa is absolutely the best at what she does! What sets her apart from other agents I’ve encountered is her communication. She always responded promptly and I never felt left in the dark as far as what the next steps were. As a first time homebuyer, she offered great recommendations but I never felt pushed or rushed into anything.

About a week before closing, I met with her to tour my new home. She was not only informative, but personable. I was very pleased with her energy. She even sent links and telephone numbers for the utilities. I am new to the area, so that gesture definitely made moving less stressful.

Her entire team was friendly and had the same promptness she has. I felt like she went above and beyond to guide me through owning a home, and I’m so thankful. I’d definitely recommend her!

We were so fortunate to have found Lisa when we planned to move to Manteca, CA . As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we traveled from Texas to look at homes over several days and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.

In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Lisa was she had a great knowledge of the surrounding area and knew exactly what we were looking for. I can’t recommend Lisa Ferraris highly enough. We relocated from L.A. in December and really weren’t sure where in the East Bay we wanted to live. Lisa skillfully and patiently showed us homes throughout the area, from Hayward and San Leandro to Clayton and everywhere in between. She was adept at diplomatically helping us narrow down our requirements and figure out what we really wanted in our new home, and then found us homes for sale that met those requirements. We had not bought a home in 32 years so this was quite a challenging process. Add to that the difficulty of helping us find something in our budget amidst the crazy market and bidding wars in the East Bay! Lisa really came through for us with her many years of experience selling and showing homes in this area and her network of local real estate professionals. She got us in to see homes that were not on the market yet, and ultimately we found that one of those was perfect for our forever home - just like she said we would. Lisa Ferraris is the best realtor in the East Bay! I met Lisa when I was visiting the area from out of state on job interview. She helped me through my first home purchase, and since then, 2 home sales and 2 more home purchases, upgrading each time to accommodate our growing family. Most recently, Lisa assisted my father-in-law with the sale of his home, following his wife’s passing. Lisa treated him and us like her #1clients (as she does all her clients). The home was on the market for less than 24hours, we had multiple offers and accepted the highest bid at $71K over asking price! Everyone knows a realtor or two or five - I can not recommend anyone higher than Lisa Ferraris!

I seldom leave reviews for my competitors, but Lisa stood out so much, I had to do it. I just wrapped up a transaction where I was the listing agent and Lisa represented the buyer of the home. Lisa was a delight to work with, timely with all of her communications and deadlines, ultra professional, and both the buyers and the sellers loved her. Lisa helped me in both the selling, and buying process of my previous and now new home. And her skill, knowledge, and communication were exceptional. I had lived in my previous home my entire life, and as a senior citizen, I had some concerns about finding a new home and the whole process of moving on from my old home. Those concerns were put to rest immediately upon my contacting Lisa. She explained to me everything that would be done, step by step, in selling my home. I have some attention deficit and Lisa, because of her knowledge and patience, always helped me to understand what needed to be done next. Selling my home was absolutely stress free! While in the process of moving on, Lisa took me to at least 7 different homes so that I could get a feel of what I wanted. I had explained to Lisa my needs in terms of relocating. Lisa LISTENS to people. Every home that she showed me had the features that I wanted, until I found the home that I knew I wanted. And again, thanks to her patience and skill, the process of moving into my new home was easy. Lisa helped me to find movers, who turned out to be excellent. She did several walk throughs with me before I actually moved in and even helped me in planning beforehand how I wanted to set up my interiors. I asked for her thoughts, and she listened and responded. Even after I moved in Lisa kept in contact with me to find out if I had any concerns or questions. Her skill and professionalism are just exception al. Lisa is a "people person" and her depth of professionalism goes beyond just the mechanics of buying and selling. Than you Lisa!!
