Liz Raney

A native of Charlottesville, Liz attended St. Anne’s – Belfield School from 1st through 12th grade. After graduating from St. Anne’s, she went on to graduate from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in History. She also received her Certificate in Business Fundamentals from the UVA McIntire Business Institute.

Liz focuses on residential sales for Loring Woodriff Real Estate Associates in Charlottesville and the surrounding area. In serving both buyers and sellers, Liz brings extensive real estate experience to the table, along with a wealth of sales, marketing, and customer service skills.

Liz began her real estate career in Charlottesville in 2008, and she continued working in real estate in Louisiana when her husband attended LSU Law School. She then engaged in sales and marketing as the manager and editor of The Scout Guide – Baton Rouge, an advertising publication catering to high-end local businesses. Liz has since returned to her Virginia roots.

As a direct descendent of the first Colonial Governor of Virginia, Alexander Spotswood, Liz, and her family are proud to call Charlottesville their home. She loves being back in Charlottesville, chasing after her three little boys, gardening, and cooking. Liz is a member of Pi Beta Phi, Farmington Country Club, and is active in supporting St. Anne’s – Belfield School and Meriwether Lewis Elementary School. She is also a proud supporter of UVA Children’s Hospital.
