Wow! What can I say about Liz…….. a lot so I’ll strive to keep it brief. Unfortunately we live in a world full of 100% talk, 60% performance people and somehow the world has just resigned itself to this new normal. Liz is one of those rare 100% talk, 101% performance professionals! I had a slightly agitated tenant and I was in Sacramento very anxious about getting home reconditioned and ready to sell. I put on a roof, all new ac, landscaping, painting, and cleaning. Every single one of her contacts were top notch professionals. When marketing home Liz’s recommendations were grounded in reality. We got into escrow quickly with quality buyer. A few years ago I had a broker basically disappear on me at this point so my apprehension was real. Liz just kept on going on with outstanding attention to detail to get to closing. I don’t have another home to sell in Charlotte area but if I did Liz would be my only choice. The phrase “ Say a little less, do a lot more” fits her perfectly. THANK YOU Liz for helping me transition to a new exciting chapter in my life.
