If you’re tired of just good enough service as I was, then you’d be just as thrilled as I was to have found Alison Rehpelz. Talk about going above and beyond to not only make you feel like you’re her #1 priority ( when clearly she’s got many !). Alison made herself available according to our schedule and when I wasn’t sure about certain things, if she didn’t know the answer she did in depth research to give me the comfort I needed to make a decision or move forward. Having been in sales for most of my life I was surprised to find Alison was an agent for under 5 years when she presents and has the knowledge of a much more senior agent. She gives you her honest opinion about the property and if there is an issue she is going to tell you what her thoughts are … I found that admirable as a friend just recently had an experience in another state, where her agent did quite the opposite. Alison is someone you’d be fortunate to seek out to work with - and feel confident in referring to your most particular friend or relative knowing they would be thrilled with their outcome too.
When we have an exceptional experience I think it’s important to let others know that this person is out there and they do the greatest job for you.

DeAnna Virtuoso has been a joy to work with. In 2020, she helped us with the purchase of our first home. During the process she was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Jessica Stallings! She helped me purchase a house on the East coast while I was living near the West coast. DeAnna Virtuoso was recommended to us by a Realtor in Williamsburg, after we had decided to branch out and explore homes for sale in Norfolk, VA. At the time we were deciding where we wanted to live in the Hampton Roads area and what type of home we wanted as we relocated for retirement, be it a condo, townhouse, or single family. DeAnna was patient and extremely accommodating while we considered our options. She was always ready to go, quickly getting us access to homes of interest. Staying in touch with DeAnna on a moment's notice was never an issue. Since we were from out of town, far away in Massachusetts, DeAnna was often our eyes and ears on the ground, conducting tours remotely. We felt very confident in her ability to size up the pros and cons of each property, and to communicate clearly and honestly. We found her to be particularly skilled at explaining the ins and outs when making an Offer, and in her give and take with the Seller's Realtor. DeAnna's negotiating skills are certainly a strength. Excellent service from Dennis Cushing. It took six months, with multiple near closings on our property. We were looking at an out of town market with no references or
referrals to an agent. We relied on other reviews along with real
estate data to narrow our choices of agents. Then we reached out via
messages or email to a handful of agents. Cold calls are always
difficult and after talking with each agent, we end up going with
DeAnna Virtuoso. From the start we felt comfortable with her
knowledge, professionalism, and expertise. Working with DeAnna was
great as she was always available and ready to help with any questions
or reach out to where the answers could be found. A majority of our
work together was long distance via various communication tools. This
presented no problems for DeAnna. It was several months between
finding houses that matched our family's wants and needs, still DeAnna

Let me start of by saying that Chris A Williams is a PHENOMENAL realtor. I was connected with Chris through a website while looking for a home to purchase, let me just add that we had a little over a month to find the right home and have everything closed since we would be arriving to VA from Cali with no place to stay. Being a first time buyer can be nerve wreaking but having to buy a house you cannot see in person from a person you just met on line is beyond stressful but Chris was so amazing with answering my million questions and being so thorough explaining the entire process that I knew he was going to take care of us. Since I was out of state there was a 3 hour time difference and Chris definitely did his best to accommodate my schedule. He walked me through each step and recommended the people we needed to be connected with. My spouses job takes her away from time to time and getting a hold of her is not always easy but Chris made sure that she was as involved and informed as she could be through text and emails. We would pick out a couple houses at a time and Chris would face time me to do walkthroughs, I had questions and he would answer to the best of his ability and if he did not know he would find out. After viewing more than a couple of houses, being out bided and feeling a bit defeated we finally found the house for us with the help of Chris of course. I genuinely believe anyone would be lucky to have Chris be their realtor as I know I do, he enhance our home buying experience and we could not be more grateful for his time, dedication and due diligence. She took the time to understand what we wanted and needed, even though we had two very different "plans" that didn't make it easy for her. We were purchasing a house in the middle of 2020 with the pandemic in full swing so majority of the entire process was done via text and email - but I don't think it could have gone any smoother and would work with Jeremy Ackiss for all future reality needs.

This was the first time we were purchasing a home and Jeremy explained the whole process with ELI5 precision and got us connected with a great set of guys on the financial side who were just as accommodating for a first time buyer. Jeremy was very prompt on responses to our questions, and we had many, and even late night text messages and emails were answered almost immediately even after hours. Communication is crucial with a process this large and Jeremy was on point with talking with us.

We didn't have a home picked out initially and after giving Jeremy what we were looking for we got daily emails of listings based off of our criteria. We were purchasing mid 2020 when interest rates were at an all time low so homes we picked out almost instantly went into contract before we could discuss it. Jeremy saw this pattern and made sure to jump on one we were interested in.

Just after a couple houses we found "The One" and I told Jeremey and the rest of the team that we wanted this house to happen and what everyone in involved needed to do to make sure it did. The owners of the house were tough negotiators but Jeremy landed us in a place where we were all satisfied with the final deal. It got to the point where I was comfortable with telling him, "I trust you, just tell me what direction I should go". He genuinely was more concerned that we were happy and that we weren't going to be pushed into bad deal versus him making a sale.

Overall, if you want someone easy to talk to, explains everything you need to know, and is more concerned about you getting a good deal instead of a commission check, Jeremy's your guy. We've been in the home now for half a year and couldn't be happier.

If you are in the market to buy or sell your home you want Jedd Smith with Lonnie Busch by your side. After my last child left for the military I had too much house. I needed to downsize. I initially contacted the realtor who sold me the home and they seemed uninterested and not engaged at all. Responses took 3-4 days, and they didnt give any feedback or direction. I reached out to Jedd and he came to meet with me the next day. He brought up-to-date research on my neighborhood and gave valuable insight about my options and what I could expect. The next week he had a contractor at my home and we walked through the most value added upgrades. The next month I relocated to an apartment. The month after the house went on the market.
5 hours later I had an offer that exceeded the listing price and was dead on the estimate Jedd gave me at our first meeting.
Every step of the way Jedd was there to remind me that he was my advocate.
He is instantaneously responsive and very attentive. He literally "has a guy" for anything that comes up. I was so fortunate to have someone so knowledgeable that I could put my complete faith and trust in.
He made this process seamless. I basically just had to sign on the dotted line. Everything else and I do mean everything else was taken care of.
I will not work with anyone else!

Ryan put up with my inconsistency on house's and location and had all the right tools to help me finally locate and actually purchase a house. Ryan Forsberg was my agent. I hadn't sold a house in over 30 years and I do not live in the area, so I was very apprehensive about the whole task ahead when we decide to sell but Ryan made everything so easy, I forget now why I worried. There are so many wonderful things to say about working with Matt Baldwin from Lonnie Bush Real Estate! From the very beginning we felt like a priority. We had not yet relocated to Virginia Beach but even from halfway across the country Matt kept us highly informed at all times. Jedd was knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and he truly helped set my husband and I at ease through the entire process of buying our first home. It helped that he also knew a lot about military life and the whole VA loan process, and was extremely flexible with our lack of schedule! We were living on the opposite coast before this and Jedd did the absolute most he could to make sure we were comfortable with the whole process. We worked with Trey for both selling our home and purchasing a new one in the same day.

Trey truely listens and cares, it's hard to explain but he just has the ability to make you feel like you have known him your whole life. My wife and I had the same basic concept of our forever home, with some minor discrepancies. Trey was able to after just a couple home showings help locate our perfect house that met our needs.

He handles adversity and quick changes extremely well. Our home sale was a Trainwreck due to the first buyers pulling out a few days before closing, the next offer almost fell through due to issues with the bank and Trey coordinated and facilitated needed conversations to get the sale back on track. His advice and experience in the industry legitimately helped my wife and I turn a better profit on the sale, just by be honest with us.

He is not "always" available, but he responds very timely. I love that he doesn't always get to the call because it reminds me that he is a human too, he cares about the customer and gives full attention when he is with them.

Favorite thing about him is that he is a true professional, he doesn't hide the red tape when it exists, and explains everything on a level where you can feel informed. He values building the relationship with you, as opposed to trying to squeeze every penny by fast talking.

I would recommend using him in a heartbeat.

He wants to make sure everything goes as smoothly as it can for you. The service doesn't stop at closing. He checks in to make sure the move goes well, to follow-up on any issues that come up, etc. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with Jedd as our agent!

Karen Daniels is amazing! She has tons of knowledge (truthfully knew more than most of the players in this game of real estate) and always had our back as clients. She was super helpful during our home buying process and helped to explain things at times when it was stressful. The level of professionalism is also outstanding with both Karen & Lonnie Bush property management as we also used them to rent out our other home. Karen also has a lot of connections and can get you connected with pretty much anything you may need during this process! Highly recommend!

Ryan and Macie were absolutely incredible!! They made what at first felt like a daunting and overwhelming process SO much easier. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We worked with Jedd Smith and he was great from start to finish! We were first time home buyers and Jedd was able to guide us through the whole process with ease. He was down to earth and honest with us about the quality of houses we looked at, what they were worth, and what would meet our needs. He was easy to contact any time questions or issues came up, and would get us an answer in a reasonable amount of time.
