This was my first time buying a home. And I’ve heard that is a stressful process. But without Lorena‘s help and support me and my family would’ve never gotten through this process. She make sure that I was informed at all times with step-by-step of what was happening with the process. Communication level was at 100% with her. And we are so grateful that she is our realtor. If I ever decide to sell or purchase another home I will continue using Lorena as my realtor.
