I have worked in real estate since 1992, have had my real estate license since 1994 and became an Appraiser Trainee with Appraisal Specialty Group in March 2007 and in July of this year, became Broker/Owner of my own real estate company!

As a DEDICATED full time REALTOR® and Licensed Appraiser Trainee, I have a 20+ year background in the residential real estate industry ranging from administrative to sales to appraising, along with a broad knowledge of the foreclosure and title insurance fields.

It wasn’t until I became licensed to perform appraisals did I realize how DIFFERENTLY a real estate agent and an appraiser determine home values. It’s the APPRAISER'S opinion of value that is MOST CRUCIAL to the sale, if a buyer is getting a mortgage. I HAVE the SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE to know what criteria an appraiser will use to determine that value. This ability has helped multiple buyers close on their home with EQUITY and sellers to ensure they don't leave money on the table!
