About Louise
As a passionate Senior Home Coach(TM) and Senior Real Estate Specialist, I bring dedication and care to every interaction. With years of experience and a heart for helping others, I provide tailored solutions for buyers, sellers, and investors, specializing in assisting older adults.
In 2020, I became a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Expanding on this, I became a Senior Home Coach(TM) in 2024. I assist older adults and their families in planning for the older adult's future, which may include helping get legal and financial plans in place, aging in place/home modifications, obtaining needed services in and outside of the home, decluttering and organizing, downsizing, etc. If the older adult's home does not fit their current and future lifestyle, however, I can help them transition to a more manageable home, such as a smaller home, an independent apartment or a retirement community.
My approach is grounded in empathy, patience, and advising—helping clients make confident decisions about their next steps. Key Skills include:
•Effective communication and problem-solving
•Building trust and long-term client relationships
•Senior transitions and downsizing support
•Decluttering and simplifying spaces
•Coaching for downsizing, organizing and letting go of unnecessary items
•Local market expertise
•Real estate sales and property evaluation
I love connecting with people of any age and stage to guide them through life’s major transitions. I would be honored to help you achieve your goals!
