Lucy was a gem to work with. We had a fantastic experience with her finding our home. We initially contacted her to find a condo but with her guidance ended up finding a Brooklyn townhome that we never would have thought possible without her help. In the 2.5 years we worked with her, she was professional and patient and guided us through an incredibly challenging seller. Through interacting with a ton of other brokers, we truly understand how lucky we were to have Lucy on our side - she is knowledgeable, composed and creative. 10/10 recommend!

I had such a great experience working with Lucy Wu! She is personable, professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. From the start, she really took the time to understand what I was looking for - even remembering the “small” details, like how much my dog loves to sun herself and keeping that in mind when suggesting places with the right exposures.

After each viewing, she would take a few minutes to debrief with me, talking through what I liked and what didn’t feel right. That helped keep our search refined and not get too overwhelming. I also really appreciated that she never made me feel pressured to move too quickly - she genuinely wanted me to find the right place, not just any place.

I’d highly recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a thoughtful, attentive and genuinely caring real estate agent.

This review could be multiple paragraphs long and still not get across how amazing and wonderful Lucy is at not only at her job, but also as a human being!! We were selling my mom's tiny apartment, and she treated it all times like it was a multi-million dollar sale.
She is incredibly communicative, helpful, and knowledgeable with every aspect of the job! She took care of so many things that i'm not even sure were her job to do?!! She worked tirelessly with the coop board, a contractor, not to mention the showings, open houses, and other real estate agents.
And to top it all off, she is super cool and fun to work with!! What more could you want!!??

She's amazing. She really listened and understood what I was looking for- so everything she showed me was relevant.

Great hustle- always quick to respond- and took calls at anytime- and met the tight timeframes I was working to.

It was also clear that I was not alone in thinking she was great- the other brokers and lawyers on the deal also geniunely loved working with her. And those relationships made closing a smooth process.

I don't think we have ever dealt with a better agent. Lucy helped us buy a pied-à-terre in Manhattan. She not only identified the perfect apartment at the right price and in the perfect building but made sure that the process was seamless. Her knowledge of the different neighborhoods, streets, individual buildings and in some cases to the minutest detail of an apartment were unrivaled. She often knew more about a listing then the seller's broker. She and her team anticipated every conceivable problem and had a solution pre-arranged and if it didn't work then she had another solution ready to go. Her ability to not only guide us from a financial perspective but also from the paper work perspective was so appreciated. She also managed the seller's agent perfectly which was helpful when an issue arose. In summary, Lucy was not only our representative but she was mine and my wife's partner in this whole process. We also prized Lucy's great demeanor, humor and persistence which made finding the right apartment a lot easier on us.

When my property search turned my world upside down, Lucy was the one who helped me find my footing! For three years, she's been my compass in the real estate jungle, and when we found an upside-down apartment, Lucy literally turned things inside out to make it work.

Lucy is our hero! We were desperate to sell our co-op due to its many issues... unfortunately those issues also put off potential buyers.

Lucy helped us with both renting out and selling our unit. She is amazingly efficient (it only took 3 days to get the unit rented out) and understands the market well. Her advice is well worth taking.

Lucy made everything easy for us - her attention to detail and kindness really helped us through. She always listened to our needs and guided us towards what was best. The attorney and designer she enlisted to help us were also top notch.

Lucy Wu is on my cell phone under "Greatest Real Estate Agent in the World.". This is the second home that my husband and I purchased. The first one was more than 20 years ago and zero agents helped us. All they would do is open the door for us. So, all we could do it look and look on our own for about 3 years until one day we walked in and said this is it, we will buy it. I understand those agents are called "agents by luck".

Lucy helped us find our second home. She was patient and helpful. She first helped us look in Manhattan and when we change our minds, she started helping us in Brooklyn. She must have shown us 20 -30 places. And, this was over months and months because we still lived in Texas. We would only come in town for a week or so at a time. I'm sure she probably thought, "these people just like looking at apartments ... they are never going to buy." But, we did buy and we did it only because of her help!

Not only is she patient, she is also very knowledgeable, professional, always available, and made the process fun (as fun as it can be!) She went way above and beyond and she will do the same for you! We highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.
