Lynn is an experienced realtor, selling real estate full time since 1995. In that time, she has sold $210,251,996 worth of real estate including $13,640,000 worth of vacant land or acreage (147 sales) and $76,000,000 of condominiums (290 sales). Lynn has a great passion for helping clients utilize real estate to achieve their financial goals, whether it is home ownership, buying and managing investment properties, building, spec homes, or flipping.

A huge depth of real estate experience has come from owning and managing small income property, building duplexes and single-family homes, and successfully remodeling numerous income properties and single-family homes. Lynn has a ton of experience in successfully “flipping” properties and owning vacation rental properties. She and her husband have developed and owned mini warehouses, commercial income property, condo and single-family home neighborhoods, and large warehouse space.
