Madeleine is the best in Bay Ridge! She orchestrated a difficult sale of my 2 bedroom co -op duplex for an excellent price in a building that had been hard to sell! Now the building has nice young families and will flourish again thanks to Madeline. She goes above and beyond for you and made my dreams come true!

It was a pleasure working with Madeline! I love the fact she was always able to show us any apartment we wanted to see. Always gave us her opinion on what a good apartment should look incase we want to sell it. It took us month to find something that we love and she was very patient and kind. She’s very organize and will always answer your calls. She’s also the right person if you don’t know what you really looking for when you first start shopping around. She will genuinely get to know you , is not just a quick sale and make money but she actually wants you to be happy with your purchase.

Divorce is a difficult thing, and having to divide your assets, especially your home, (that you love and don't want to leave), makes it all the more difficult. I found myself in that position, I called a number of local realtors, before making my decision. I chose Madeline Caudiano because she presented herself to be an extremely knowledgeable professional. She explained the entire process, including potential problems that might come up. She priced my house perfectly, because within 2 weeks, I had multiple offers. She explained the pros and cons of each one, so I could make an informed decision. I would recommend her to everyone. The other agents I interviewed didn't come close. I felt like they were all about themselves. Madeline made me feel like it was all about me and what I needed.

My experience with Madeline Caudiano was smooth sailing. From the time I met with her, she told me she will sell my house within three months...she surely did, she keeps you inform on everything going on, all updates on customers their feed backs...I was going through a rough time in my life while I was selling my house. My mother has been in and out of the hospital, she was very sympathetic with me..also going to a rough time with my new purchase in Florida. She stayed on top on everything for me and made sure even not only me selling home in New York but also my home in Florida...I will recommend her to any and everyone that I know what a Real Estate agent...She is not only an Agent but a true human being to work with. I have encounter agents in the past only about the Commission, Madeline is about the Service and getting the job done. I love her so much. I will forever keep in touch with her.
