Magda is terrific! With the current state of the housing market in Loudoun, we were struggling to even find a home to rent in Leesburg. We met Magda while touring a home, and afterward, she graciously offered to help us find a place that fit what we were looking for. She kept us regularly updated on homes becoming available to rent, and working with her helped give us an edge in the competitive market when we found the ideal home thanks to her guidance and advice. I met Magda because I was planning on renting a townhouse. She was extremely helpful in finding ones available in my desired locations. However, I became undecided if I wanted to rent or purchase and she patiently showed me both types of properties with the same enthusiasm and diligence in keeping me in my desired locations and price point. She tirelessly showed me property after property submitting offers with honest guidance per property. She e ven submitted offers on vacation! I absolutely cannot say enough good things about her as a real estate agent and a person. If you are looking for high integrity and honesty, she is the agent you want. I ended up purchasing and through the entire process she worked and made sure I understood or if I had a question, she assisted with getting me the answer. I am a particular person who knows exactly what I want and the type of people I want to work with, she is the person you want on your side. I will work with her again when the time is right.

We listed our home through Magda early this August. Magda was great in explaining the whole process. She is very knowledgeable about the market and helped price the home accordingly. She staged(virtual) the home to perfection and we ended up get it under contract in a week for more than the listed price. We got this all done without having to even travel from TX for closing. We highly recommend her.

Working with Magda Anders was an absolute pleasure. I was a first-time home buyer and Magda was incredibly patient with me. She did an excellent job explaining every step of the home buying process, things to look out for when viewing a home, and she was very familiar with the area that I was searching in. Moreover, Magda was incredibly responsive over all forms of communication as well as being willing and able to answer whatever questions I had (which was a lot).

She also helped warn me about properties that looked good but had issues that I wasn't knowledgeable enough to recognize myself. When it came time for the closing process, Magda had recommendations on hand for settlement companies and inspectors, all of which were great to work with and very friendly for a first timer. I can't recommend Magda Anders enough.
