It was such a pleasure to work with Manulani Acosta from We Are Miami Real Estate. Before choosing a real estate agent, I did a lot of research online and found Manulani. My situation was unique with the sell of my childhood home in Miami and I live cross country. After speaking with Manulani I was blown away with her. She spent hours answering all my questions, providing objective data on the housing market and providing tons of comps in the area. I was concerned that my house was going to be difficult to sell since it needed a lot of TLC after being a rental for years. Manulani made the process easy and took the extra steps that many other Realtors don't take. She went out and found me a great handyman that came in a gave the the house a total overhaul. Manulani was so amazing taking care of every detail of prepping my house for market. After long days at work you would find her in Home Depot picking up paint for my house or ordering windows for me. Her hard work, knowledge and dedication to her clients paid off. My house went under contract within days after completing the house refresh. Manulani walked me through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I highly recommend Manulani to anyone that needs a Realtor, she is a true professional and a genuinely caring person.

Manulani and her team didn’t miss one beat on helping me sell my home. It was painless from start to finish. Our experience with Manulani was incredible from start to finish. She listened to our needs and met all our expectations. She knew the neighborhood and what we could expect from the sale. Manulani exceeded our expectations. We were between her and another agent. Once we met with her, she listened to what WE wanted for the selling and purchasing. Then laid out a whole game plan from what to expect from the beginning to the end, the choice was easy. She always kept in constant communication and answered any questions right away.
