As many Silicon Valley startups go, Beacon Real Estate came to fruition as an idea, an inspiration and a vision of how a boutique real estate firm could better serve its clients through technology and a high level of personal service.

Marc Magliocco started at a large National real estate firm back in the late 1980’s in Los Gatos California. Earning many local and National awards such as the top 5% of Realtors in Santa Clara County, Number 1 agent for production in a large real estate firm 2 years in a row and a member of the Wall Street Journal’s Top 100 agents Nationally in 2010.

Marc had always thought of doing “something unique” in his field, looking for ways to improve on how a real estate firm interacted with clients and kept up with the fast pace of changing technology. With 34+ years of experience Beacon Real Estate was born.
