Mari Greene is a realtor in San Francisco with a strong commitment to hard work and diligence to help clients achieve their real estate goals by utilizing market data, strong negotiation skills, and effective communication. Mari is an avid negotiator and a trusted advisor; she is warm, attentive, and punctual. She is a great listener and works tirelessly for her clients, always with a smile on her face.
Whether buying, selling, or just curious about the local market, Mari can offer support and services. Having practiced investment management for 12 years, her overlapping passions for client advocacy, deal-making, and real estate led her to become a realtor. Mari’s focus is not just on the home – it’s about connecting with her clients on a personal level, focusing on every detail to make the process as seamless and successful as possible.
Mari’s career began in Palo Alto, where she forged her financial expertise working with McKinley Financial Group, Fidelity Investments, and Sheaff Brock Investment Advisor for over two decades. She also founded and built the recruiting firm Searchlight Ventures focused on clients in venture capital and private equity with a successful exit. She always played a vital role in operations, client relations, and management. These roles, combined with her status as a long-term San Francisco homeowner and real estate investor, give her the unique opportunity to keep her hand on the pulse of the real estate market, which she has always had a keen interest in and had an affinity for. Mari received her B.A. in economics and master’s degree in finance and business management from a top business school in Europe, UNWE. As part of her constant efforts to improve her skills, Mari is currently enrolled in a real estate course at Cornell University.
Outside of real estate, Mari strives to lead an active, healthy, and balanced life – she volunteers with Family Connections Center in San Francisco, fundraises for Raphael’s shelter and De Young Museum, and is always up for an outdoor hiking adventure or a game of tennis. After living in Pacific Heights for more than 12 years, Mari and her husband recently moved to Forest Hill where they are raising their toddler, Alexander, and are actively involved in the local schools, community, and sports programs.
