Maria Medina is so very much more than a highly-qualified and successful realtor, to me she is a Guardian Angel......
I began the emotional and physically draining clean up of my father's home after his passing. I also endured an exhausting probate process with all of the family drama included. Finally, in need of a realtor to assist with the sale I turned to Maria. She helped me greatly with the final details before listing the property. She coordinated the final heavy lifting of household items to be removed with her handyman. She coordinated the final house cleanup with her house keeper. She even helped the Buyer find Homeowners Insurance so the deal would go through. Maria was always there for me even when she was away traveling. She is the ideal realtor, part professional and part friend. She will treat you like family and if you have the chance to know her you are blessed

Maria is very easy to work with. I recently moved to Miami and she made the renting process very stress free. She keeps everyone informed of what’s going on, making the whole renting process go a lot smoother. She was able to expedite the process, I was able to move in within 10 days, when other realtors were saying 3-4 weeks minimum for properties that were already vacant.

We met Maria Medina at the church where we both attend. When we needed a real-estate person to help us lease the property, we turned to Maria. She was ready and willing to take on the project.

When my husband said he found a realtor in Cutler Bay who would take care of renting out our vacant condo, I was skeptical. We usually do it ourselves, and make many trips from the Keys (where we live) for showings, signings, walk-throughs, key handoffs and every other little detail required to be a landlord. I was pleasantly surprised when we began communicating; Maria already had a list of people who wanted to rent in that area. She did all the legwork I described above, AND MORE! She replied to our questions quickly, accurately and politely. She also dealt with the condo management company to facilitate placing our new tenants in their new home. The bonus for us was her online document signing capability, we never even left home. This lady is sharp, resourceful, and very detail-oriented.
