Marie Clare DiLorenzo serves as an Associate Broker for OakCrest Commercial Real Estate, specializing in the sale and leasing of all commercial properties with a focus on retail, office, medical and industrial properties in the Winchester, VA and surrounding market. Marie is licensed in both Virginia and West Virginia. With over 10 years of real estate experience, Marie has closed many transactions from small office leases to the sale of an $8,000,000 industrial facility.
Prior to joining OakCrest Commercial Real Estate, Marie gained industry experience working with Sperry Van Ness Commercial where she generated more than $8 million dollars in sales in 2009. Prior experience includes residential sales with ERA OakCrest Realty, Inc. Marie has consecutively been presented with the President’s award for sales volume from the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors in Winchester, VA. Previously, DiLorenzo succeeded in the pharmaceutical industry as an executive with Abbott Laboratories based in Abbott Park, Illinois. Marie spent 16 years with the company with responsibilities ranging from the sale of critical care equipment to representing the Hospital Products Division to CEO's of major health care systems. Marie’s medical experience began with her service as a nurse in the US Navy, serving in three duty stations, including one in the Far East.
Marie earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. She has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Towson State University in Towson, MD. As an active consultant, Marie is a member of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, the Winchester chapter of Rotary International, the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors, and holds the prestigious CCIM designation.
