She is the realtor you all want!! Her professionalism, patience, honesty, advocacy, and knowledge are needed when you’re making the decision to buy a home.
Marie helped us make our dream come true. We bought our first home during the pandemic. We were so scared to buy a home and she walked us through the process the entire time. For us, it felt like an impossible task and we didn’t know where to get started. She helped us find a home that was in our budget and has all the non negotiables for us. She never pressured us to buy a home and she made sure to advise us correctly. So many people buy homes maxing out of the loans they’re able to get. Just because you qualify for so much, doesn’t mean you should buy it because there’s so much you need to keep in mind. She worked hard to find us a home that was actually under budget and was perfect for us.
We ended up buying in a town that is hard to buy a home in because they sell very fast due to the good schools and community. We were 6th in line and almost didn’t get the home. There was a bidding and negotiating war. Marie talked to the owners and even negotiated for them to pay insurance and get us other great deals like fixing certain things that they didn’t want to pay for that if we had paid for, it would have left us penniless.
I will always be thankful that Marie was my realtor. It helped that she was multilingual and translated things I didn’t understand. She understood my needs and found me a better home than what I imagined. My quality of life has improved drastically now that I have a home and it is thanks to this amazing realtor.

I met Marie on a recommendation and she was amazing throughout my home purchase.
