In the four years that Lyn Taylor has been a real estate professional, she has gained a reputation for honesty, diplomacy and integrity while being sensitive to the unique and diversified needs of her clients. Lyn listens closely to her clients and takes the time to understand their needs and wants so that she can help them achieve their goals.
Lyn is a skilled negotiator, adept at getting the best price possible for her buyers and sellers. She is assertive and effective in her negotiations without being too aggressive. Lyn demonstrates patience and understanding in guiding her clients through what can sometimes be a stressful process, often taking late night calls from a nervous first time home buyer.
A Suffolk County resident since 1972, Lyn raised two sons on Long Island and has intimate knowledge of the many amenities the Island has to offer, particularly in her native Islip Town and neighboring Brookhaven Township.
Prior to entering the field of Real Estate, Lyn enjoyed a long career at Newsday where she worked in various departments including Circulation, Advertising, Legal, Administration and Human Resources. This well-rounded experience gave her the people skills that she brings to the world of Real Estate.
When not helping clients find their dream home, Lyn enjoys traveling with her husband, dining with friends and spending time with her five grandchildren and two 6 year-old "puppies", Coco and Chanel.
