Marisa Kagan

Marisa Kagan moved to Las Vegas in 2010 and her experience buying a home became her motivating factor to become a real estate agent. Buying or selling a home is the most important financial investment most people make in their lifetime. Buyers and sellers deserve professional representation and guidance from someone who truly cares about serving their needs and not their own. She builds relationships with the people she works with and they become a part of her family. Her expert advice doesn't end with a closing. She is very involved in Global real estate, currently serving as the National Association of REALTORS® Global Ambassador to Italy, Portugal and Spain, previously served on the board of FIABCI-USA (International Real Estate Federation) as a representative for region 4. She is a proud member of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America), LGBTQ+, NAHREP (The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate ProfessionalsI) and NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). She speaks English, Italian, Spanish and French and is learning Portuguese.

Fun Fact: Her first career for 30 years was in show business, first in musicals on Broadway (playing Annie in the 2nd National Touring Company in 1980), then film & tv, then in the business side of the business, as an agent, manager and finally producer. As a producer, she specialized in International Film Finance. Her last film was “The Red Baron”.
