About Maritza

An energetic and dedicated real estate professional, Maritza stands out with her keen attention to details. She was born in the Dominican Republic but came to the Miami area as a child. She graduated from University of Miami in Business Administration and has worked in luxury residential Real Estate in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest and Miami Beach for over 15 years. As a Coral Gables resident for over 25 years, she has an extensive knowledge of the community she lives in and the surrounding areas that she services.

Maritza has obtained the designation of CIPS “Certified Int’l Property Specialist” as well as Luxury Home Specialist, currently focusing on residential as well as investment properties for clients including multi-million dollar waterfront homes. Her reliability, integrity and strong sense of customer service have created a strong referral base.

Prior to becoming a real estate specialist, she had managed multiple doctor medical practices for 17 years in addition to Property Management of a large medical office building with her husband, a physician, as well as various other rental investment properties. Maritza has been actively involved in the negotiations of purchases and sales of various real estate investments, in Florida and in other states for the last 25 years. These investments are in residential and commercial properties.

Maritza’s attention to detail in all aspects of the real estate process and knowledge of the market ensures a smooth transaction for her clients. She provides complete analysis for her clients not only of the property they want to buy or sell but an in depth analysis of all comparable properties so the client is fully aware of market trends.

Maritza served on the board of the Coral Gables Art Cinema and is actively involved in Miami Int’l Film Festival, Cancer Link and St Jude’s Hospital for Children. On her time off she enjoys traveling, art and wine collecting.
