When we started looking for a house in Arizona we randomly found Mark. WE are so glad we did. Through the years we have had several realtors and dealt with many more. Mark is hands down the best...He traveled the entire valley with us many times as we were not focused on one area. He spent days on end with us. He helped us buy our 1st house here so 8 years later we called on him and he helped us buy our forever home. You will not find a more laid back, non pressure realtor out there. Plus he has tons of insight and helps you see things you might have missed. We would and have recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Mark is very lovely to work with. He has a very laid-back, yet professional manner, which makes the very stressful home-buying process as relaxed as it can be. He was incredibly patient with us as we saw home after home and never made us feel pressured to buy. Mark was my realtor during a very difficult time to find a home in Arizona. With low stock and high demand, it was very difficult to purchase a home without multiple competing offers. With each offer, Mark was able to give good advice which helped us to have our offer accepted. He listened to our desires and would show us homes which reflect that. At the same time, Mark was very patient to show us many homes and never pressured us into buying. We were able to purchase a home because of Mark quick response to our need. I would highly recommend Mark as an agent.

Mark went well above and beyond what anyone would expect from a Realtor. When we bought our property Litchfield Park, we bought it from someone whose job relocated them... so in essence, we had to buy it from a corporation... that ordeal was less than easy. Mark did not give up, he rolled up his sleeves and he worked very hard to secure this home for us. Working with him made it effortless and stress free on our part. Selling, or buying a house can be a very stressful experience for anyone. Mark brought a confidence and peace to the process that made it a very positive experience. He is a man of his word, a good communicator, and very knowledgeable about his trade and the market.
Things in these COVID-19 TIMES are unpredictable, and I find many people to be unreliable. This was not the case with Mark. He is a very reliable resource. I wish there were many more like him. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

Mark is professional and very responsive. He is one of the finest realtor I know in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. I find Mark truly listens to what I want or desire in a house and keeps me focus on them. Sometimes, I find myself settling for what could work instead of finding the gem I was looking for and he will question you on that to ensure you are not settling. Mark has found me two homes so far and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Mark!

We were so grateful to Mark for the time he spent helping us find a home! We are first time home buyers, and so the whole process seemed very intimidating until Mark came on board with us. He was recommended to us by some friends whom had purchased a home in 2019, and we are so thankful for his hard work. We were looking for a home in Arizona in February 2021, right as the market started to go crazy. We were having a lot of trouble finding a home and were being overbid left and right, but Mark stuck with us for 4 months and finally our bid was accepted for our wonderful starter home. It would have been so much harder without his help, and we are so, SO thankful to him.
