Simply the Best! My wife and I have had the opportunity to work with several Real Estate agents over the years and we won’t work with anyone else after the experience we had with Marla. In a previous transaction I found myself wondering what agents actually do and why we need them. Marla changed everything about that notion and I can’t recommend her enough. She completely blew away our expectations. This was an emotional transaction as we were selling my late mother in law’s home. It sounds cheesy but my wife and I said we needed an angel to get through it and that’s exactly what Marla is. The house needed several things done to get it ready and I was blown away with Marla’s network of individuals we could contact to complete the work and her engagement with each one to make the process easier. The amount of effort she puts into marketing and getting your home out there is second to none, a complete 180 of our previous experiences. She was in constant contact even before we listed the home to make sure we had everything we needed and you feel like you have a close friend along the way. She made this difficult transaction as smooth and “enjoyable” as it could be. Even the smallest details such as finding our favorite restaurant we would go to with my mother in law and having a gift card for my wife at closing which brought her to tears. I will never use a different realtor again and will continue to recommend her to all of my friends, family and anyone that is looking for the best real estate transaction experience possible.

Truly fantastic. Marla is a truly fantastic realtor and a wonderful person. As very green first time home buyers we required a fair amount of hand-holding and moral support throughout the process, and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were well informed and comfortable with every aspect of the proceedings. In addition, thanks to her considerable experience and savvy we were able to quickly close on the first house on which we made an offer in a very challenging market. We are thrilled with the house, and I know it's thanks solely to her that we were able to buy it. She is kind,
fun to work with, a clear communicator, and extremely good at her job, and I will be recommending her services to anyone who will listen.

Marla͏ was amazing!
Marla stuck with us for a long while since we decided to buy during the current crazy market. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us especially with explaining the process since it was our first time buying. She was there every step of the way and I couldn't have asked for a better agent or experience. Now that we bought a home we're actually sad to let her go! If we decide to buy again in the future we will definitely have Marla be our agent again.

Marla was an absolute gem to work with. We had been in the market for over a year and she stuck with us. If that doesn't show you her patience then I don't know what will. We saw many houses during our time and Marla never showed or made us feel that we were a bother. When we became discouraged Marla did everything in her power to give us that confidence back. She even adjusted our search criteria a few times. She would also send us a customized list of properties that were available. She is extremely knowledgeable about homes and we value her input. Marla NEVER made us feel that she just wanted to make the "sale", she genuinely cares about the people she works with and genuinely wants them happy in their new home. We never felt rushed throughout the process! She also remembers important deadlines and costs, some of these things totally slipped our minds but luckily we had Marla there to remind us. If you live anywhere in Colorado this is the person you will want in your corner. She genuinely cares about her work and enjoys working with people. This is more than just a job to her, this is something she is passionate about. She also answered SO many of our questions, even if we had asked them more than once yet again she never ever got annoyed with us. I could literally go on about how great Marla is but it still wouldn't constitute to how she truly is. I will always recommend her to anyone in the market. I can honestly say we are happy and we found an excellent house for our first home. Thank you so much for everything Marla!! We wish you the best of luck as you continue on this journey (not that she needs it).

Marla Doughty is absolutely fantastic! She helped me buy a new condo and sell my old one. I was dumb and put the cart before the horse... I bought my new condo before closing on my old condo so I was a huge ball of stress! Marla navigated two very tricky condo deals and managed to keep everything on track and closed both with very few hiccups. She was wonderful!! I very highly recommend Marla!
