Marlene is great! She has made the whole home buying process so much easier. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help my husband and I walk through this process. She is always responsive when we have a question. If she doesn’t know that answer, she will find it. She always had recommendations for things we needed like inspection companies and septic companies. She is always professional and gives us advice every time we ask. She makes you feel like your are her only client. She truly takes the time to make you feel special and to help you in any way she can. This is our first time buying a house and I don’t think we could have done it without her. She recommended a grant for us and we actually got it! She worked well with our attorney and really fought to get us updates when our sellers side wasn’t providing them. We bought our house during Covid and she always wore a mask and made sure we were comfortable. If you are looking for a person who is respectful and professional, someone who will fight for you and do anything in their power to help you, someone who takes the weight off of your shoulders and always has an answer or a helping hand, SHE IS YOUR WOMAN! She makes you feel like you are a part of her family and she is definitely apart of ours!
