Marsha is an excellent realtor. I spent several years trying to find a new home and found it very difficult to navigate through
the process in the current housing market. Marsha is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. She helped me through the entire process from start to finish. She was truly an advocate for me as a home buyer. I recommend her without hesitation for anyone looking for a good realtor. She is truly awesome!

I find that most people will brag about their real estate agent if asked, but Marsha really goes above and beyond the very best real estate agents out there. Marsha helped me close on my dream house in the middle of the pandemic. Thanks to her advice and leadership we were able to win the deal and it was only my second offer on a house during a time when the market was unbelievably hot. She even walked me through the house via facetime and put me in touch with a PHENOMENAL home inspector. Marsha has the connections you need to secure a house in this market and she even inspected my crawlspace for me and collected my mail. I can't even begin to imagine another agent that would go to these depths for someone nor have this many connections. On top of that Marsha is kind, easy to work with and will respond to your calls! Very on top of things. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Marsha is so FANTASTIC. She was critical in helping us communicate with our builder to get our house completed. Every time we took an issue to her...she was on it, immediately. She also kept us completely informed on everything that was happening throughout the buying process. When I need a realtor Marsha Shamblee is my first and only call.

I cannot say enough positive things about working with Marsha!!!! She impressed me from the very beginning with her knowledge of the home selling process and REALLY knew her stuff! Selling your home during a pandemic takes some out of the box thinking and we felt very comfortable having Marsha there to guide us. Marsha's communication was paramount and very prompt. She had an answer to all of our questions and if she didn't, she found that answer and shared it within minutes. She was always there at any time for a phone call or text. To say Marsha was a pleasure to work with would not give her enough credit; she was so much more!!! We were expecting the home selling process to be quite the headache, but in working with Marsha, it was the absolute opposite. When we hit a few bumps in the road, she guided us through it without a hitch! If you are possibly interested in selling your home you will have ZERO REGRETS in working with Marsha. Her dedication to her clients best interest and exceptional communication really shows!! 5/5 stars would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!! :)
