Martha has over 20 years of apartment specialization. As a licensed real estate agent she has participated in the listing and sale of thousands of apartment units. Her area of specialization with apartments is in the professional marketing/sale of apartment offerings. Martha's experience and success has won her recognition by the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Multi Million Dollar Club and she has been involved in training for the Certified Commercial Investment Member "CCIM" designation.
