Martinez began her career in real estate as a buy, fix and hold investor and has a portfolio of residential rental properties. Her passion for helping others and her love for real estate inspired her to obtain her real estate license as she continued to help other investors build investment portfolios and traditional clients buy and sell their most valuable asset.

Martinez is a dual career agent with a technical background and has worked with the Department of Defense for over two decades at various military bases within the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area.
