I've been involved with commercial real estate as a promoter, developer and lender for decades and have dealt with numerous brokers and agents along the way. Dealing with Mary was a pleasant divergence from the norm. I would reccomend working with her above anyone I've dealt with in the Austin area. She never once asked us to comprimise in any way to expediate a sale and sincerely had our best interests at heart. Mary made the selling of our home effortless. My father has health issues and she was extremely sensitive to them. We listed for the highest amount in the neighborhood and sold for above listing in less than 10 days. All it took was a quick text to solve any concerns...which were few. In fact she had a solution worked out before I even called. I urge you to give her a call before wasting time on the many agents that enjoy real estate as a hobby or part time job. Really. RH

When you call Mary Caro she will either respond immediately or let you know the exact time when you can expect a call back from her and she delivers. She is very experienced at solving problems and will offer detailed instructions towards a solution. She has a pleasant and positive personality which is a wonderful asset in the complex world of real estate transactions.

Mary was the best. Buying a home was a big deal for us. She was responsive answered all her questions and I felt she really stuck up for our interest. Mary Represented us as buyers. I've known Mary and have also worked with Mary's real-estate brokerage throughout the decades, and she's undoubtedly the best in the business! Her knowledge and expertise of the real-estate business is bar none!
