Mary thoroughly understands the psychology behind buying and selling and the importance of 21st-century marketing. Mary graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Communications and her post-graduate studies included negotiating coursework at Yale University. She began her career at the Disney Corporation where she learned to “achieve the unexpected” for her clients. Mary then moved into financial services and became National Sales Manager for a Fortune 100 company. After a decade in corporate America, she purchased a regional franchise, grew the business from a start-up to a staff of 42 employees, and became the number one franchise for the corporation in the United States. After selling her business, she taught third grade at her children’s elementary school in Kingwood, Texas. These experiences give Mary the expertise to negotiate with tenacity, leverage marketing technology, and nurture her clients with Disney-style customer service levels. As a Houston resident for over 40 years, Mary excels at matching her client’s needs with the right home and community.
