I am a full time real estate agent who has been in the industry for the past 11 years. I started my career in real estate with Keller Williams Realty in 2006 and gained education and experience in closing short sale properties and seller relocations. Since 2008, I have been a buying and selling agent for Signature Realty. My credentials include: Real Estate Agent, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Negotiation Expert, REO Specialist, training in short sales, training in HAFA and HAMP, Military Relocation Professional.

As a dedicated professional I will work full time on the buying and selling of your home. Service Surrounding Areas include Florida Greater Tampa Bay, Brandon, Riverview, Apollo Beach, Valrico, Sun City, North Tampa, South Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Plant City, Lakeland and Orlando. As a full time realtor committed to my clients, it is my desire that everyone have an affordable home and I will negotiate the best deal for my clients.

As a buying agent I will work with you to determine your buying needs and will assist you with arranging financing for your home purchase. I will work with new home builders to get you the best possible deals and upgrades for your home.

As a listing agent I will help you list your property at a price that will enable you to sell your home and will look at comparable home sales to ensure a fair market approach. I will provide open and honest feedback and will always work for the best interest of my clients.
