I have bought a few houses in my lifetime and was never impressed by the real estate agents that we used. So when I contacted Matt Cannon in April of this year to show us some properties I was not expecting much. I could not have been more wrong. Matt was the most outstanding real estate agent I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond in everything he did for us. He was patient, knowledgeable and extremely driven to find us exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I happen to be very picky and ask a lot of questions. Some people would even say we’re a pain in the you know what. But Matt never tired of answering our questions and doing whatever he had to do to make us feel comfortable. I can’t think of one question that we asked that he wasn’t able to answer. He walked us through the entire procedure and was extremely helpful. His recommendations as far as mortgage lenders and contractors were invaluable. He seem to know everyone that we needed to hire. When we bought our home in Palmetto we still were living in Connecticut and Matt volunteered to take care of things at our house that we were unable to do since we were not living there yet. To top it off he is a real person and a decent human being first, then a real estate agent. If you’re looking for a real estate agent Matt is the man!

We cannot sing Matt’s praises enough! We attempted to work with three other real estate agents prior but they weren’t very good... super glad we found Matt. He was patient, timely, accurate, knowledgeable, responsive, consistent and just downright easy to do business with. He listened to our wishes and even uncovered preferences we didn’t even know we had! He is the glue that held everything together and it seemed effortless! He eased our minds, directed us precisely and remained a steadfast advocate for us every step of the way. Matt was so awesome! He was so attentive to our needs and questions, he made us feel like we were his only clients. He had no issues with explaining things to us so we could understand. When we’d freak out Matt calmed us again with ease. Wow!!!

Matt should be paid to teach other realtors best practices and how it’s done. My Husband is usually very critical of people, but loves Matt and that speaks volumes! My Mother is a real estate agent and Matt could easily teach her a thing or ten..🤷🏾‍♀️

Before I sign off I must emphasize the fact that Matt provided us with 5star white glove treatment and service during the height of the COVID-19 PANDEMIC!!!!!!!!! We relocated from Philly which we thought was a big deal, but Matt had lots of experience with such relocations and guided us beautifully.

Most offer excuses and reasons why their performance was lackluster during this unprecedented time; not Matt. He is an example of unprecedented professionalism, no excuses, no fluff or bs, just stellar performance, period!
Forget about considering any others, Matt is the real deal!

We dealt primarily with Matt. As a real estate broker/agent he is as good as we have seen - thorough, knowledgeable, patient and totally professional. Did I say an pleasant and enjoyable person to be with? I should have. He took his time and was always well prepared and spent a great deal of time familiarizing us with the area and it’s many advantages.

Matt, you were a VERY BIG help. Personally, I don't know what I would have done without you. The three of us were exhausted from the stress of caring for our brother and dealing with his estate from a distance, and we didn't want to feel we were just "dumping" the home that was so important to him -- even though it needed a lot of work. We knew we could have probably sold it to an investor as-is and be done with it, but we really wanted to fix it up and get real people in there, and you helped us do that.
