Matt Healey knows that hard work yields positive results. As an agent with RSR, REALTORS®, he puts that belief into action every day.

“I like working in real estate because of the contact with my clients and helping assure that they’re making the right decisions with their investments,” he says. “It’s crucial for my clients to be protected and satisfied throughout their real estate goals, wants, and needs.”

Matt is a Harrisburg-area native who first worked in real estate in Baltimore’s Fells Point neighborhood. To make ends meet, he was also substitute teaching and working as a waiter. In 2010, he decided to return home to Central Pennsylvania and is proud to say that he has been a fulltime real estate agent ever since.

Matt joined RSR for the opportunity to work in both residential and commercial real estate. Central Pennsylvania, he says, is “a very diverse area that offers a little bit of everything” for property buyers and sellers, and he strives to keep clients apprised of their multiple options.

“I understand the importance of good communication, which allows me to give the highest customer service possible,” he says. “My goal is to educate my clients on the market, so they can make informed decisions.”

Matt and his wife, Shelley Healey, got married in September 2017. Together, they have a daughter named Cora Healey and dog named Toby Healey.

His primary goal, for himself and on behalf of his clients, is to be a Top 10 real estate agent in Central Pennsylvania.

“I always want every residential client to truly love their new home, and not just like it,” he says. “I am always working together with my clients to accomplish their real estate needs and wants.”
