Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with as we bought our first home! From the very beginning of the process in getting to know us and our interests in what we were looking to buy, we knew Matt was the right fit for us. This market is not an easy one to buy in currently and Matt changed that for us. He always tried to help us make the best offers possible and thought outside of the box. He was so easy to work with and getting back to us, whether it be via text or phone calls. He was always there to get an answer to us as soon as he could! First time home buyer here! And when I say first time I mean I knew absolutely nothing about the process. Matt was with us from start to finish. From the first meeting where he explain to us how to even start looking for a home, to helping us navigate the current crazy home market, referring us to the perfect mortgage company, and helping us find our Dream home, the bearded realtor was exactly what we needed. If you’re looking for someone who isn’t a salesman and who will spend the time and effort into finding you your perfect home, look no further. He was quick to answer our questions and concerns (being first timers we had TONS). I can't say enough good things about Matt and his realty team! Matt went way above what I consider reasonable service. He was up late hours writing up offers, available any day to show us potential houses, and even gave us a wonderful housewarming gift basket when we closed on our new home!
