I asked him to help me identify an “up and coming” neighborhood and he did a ton of work and research to get me a really good property.

As a first time home buyer, Matthew was a huge help to me, and I can't thank him enough.

I needed a lot of information and support during the process, as I like to learn as much as possible when going into something new, especially when it's such a major investment. Matthew was patient and willing to provide as much information as I could ask for.

During the process, he was also very professional and responsive to my needs. I always felt like he was taking action to my benefit and was excited about my first foray into property purchasing.

Even after closing, when I would expect a realtor to move on, he's helped me with finding local contractors for some tasks / repairs I needed. Not being a local to the area, and with no contacts of my own, this was a boon and really helped the closing and transition feel a lot less stressful.

Matthew came to our home talking about selling the house quickly, and he delivered! He listed the house on a Friday, and on Saturday, we received an offer for the full amount we asked. The process of closing was quick. He even went way over to offer help if we had to move things to a warehouse, as the house sold so quick, and we struggled trying to get things done before the new owners moved in. We never expected that, and I am sure not many brokers are willing to go above and beyond their job when selling a property. Even though we are moving far away, we will be forever grateful for the way he treated us, Believe me, us being part of a minority, a person that values someone for who he or she is, is really hard to find. Professional? YES, a peoples person? YES. Someone who cares? YES. If we ever, ever cross paths again, I am sure we will trust him to either sell us a house, or sell the house we might live in. I feel very fortunate to have called Matthew and Terri McKenney to manage and sell my property in Gilbert after my first property manager became hard to contact and follow up with. Terri took over and managed my house for the last 2 years and did an amazing job of taking over the property managing from my first manager and informing the tenants of the change. She always kept me in the loop of any repairs and also gave the option of setting up an escrow account for any larger repairs that needed to be done. And she always had great referrals with great prices to do the repairs.

When it was time to sell my house Matthew was a pleasure to work with. First he asked if I wanted to sell as quickly as possible or if I wanted to get top dollar. After I said I wanted to get top dollar he put in the plan to do the repairs necessary to do so and he gave me comps to help set the initial sale price. After the repairs where done Mathew looked through the comp again and decided we should ask for and little more and we ended up getting the full asking price within a days of being on the market. During the closing process he kept me up to date with all the information needed during the process.

I am very pleased with Matthew and Terri McKenney as a property manager and as a real estate agent! They were always easy to get a hold of and replied to you as quickly as possible with an answer or solution! They run a very organized and professional business that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property manger or real estate agent! I will definitely be giving them a call if I ever return to the Phoenix, AZ area!

We would highly recommend Matthew and Terri McKenney for both property management , as well as selling a home. Terri managed our home for the last 3 years and did an excellent job when issues came up with the home. She made the contacts and managed the work for house painting, repair of the lawn watering system, and installation of a front storm door. Matthew managed the home sale. He provided comps to help set the initial sale price. 3 days prior to the house going on to the market he suggested a $3,000 raise based on current market conditions. We accepted an offer $1,100 over the asking price. Throughout the closing process he provided ongoing and timely information to help the process progress. He provided information on an estate sale company to sell our excess furniture. He picked my husband up from the airport and took him to a truck rental facility when he flew in to remove some personal items from the house.
Overall we were very happy with their professional way of managing their business. Matthew and Terri always followed up and completed what they said they would.

Even though the property does not generate positive income for me (purchased before the great recession), Terri ALWAYS is on top of repairs, collecting rent and getting it rented in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Matthew McKenney to my closest friends. We decided to list our vacation home in Gilbert, AZ. I had met Matthew a few months prior to see what we needed to do. He met with us and was prepared with a nice booklet that explained everything about selling our property or renting it out. When we decided to list it he hire a professional photographer to take the pictures for listing. He put it on the market on a Wednesday and had showings on Thursday and we accepted an offer on Monday higher than our listing price. Matthew took care of everything for us and kept us updated every step of the way until we closed. We still cannot believe how easy this was for us. I've know Matthew for over 10 years now as we started out renting one of his properties when we moved back to Arizona in 2004. He helped us buy our 1st home in Queen Creek in 2005, helped us walk through purchasing our 2nd home in California in 2012, and managed our QC property until last month when he helped us sell it. In a word this guy and his company are AWESOME! He really knows his market area very well, is very open and honest and will tell you things sometimes you don't want to hear but are the truth. Sometimes people don't like that for some reason, go figure!
