A native of Bethesda, Maryland, Maura Shannon brings over 12 years of experience in real estate, marketing, negotiating, and sales. Maura prides herself on delivering White Glove service to clients in popular Maryland neighborhoods including Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and Potomac as well as Northwest, Washington, D.C. It is Maura's knowledge of the real estate market that sets her apart from the competitors.

A lifelong resident, Maura has an intimate knowledge of not only the neighborhoods, parks and businesses of the DC metro region but also of the history of the homes located there.

Maura’s clientele value her experience in representing upper bracket properties and trust her to guide them through each real estate transaction. Her clients are very appreciative of her availability and ability to stay current in the modern real estate market.

Giving back to the community is very important to Maura. She was the past Chair for Key to the Cure and served on the committee for many years and is actively involved with Suburban Hospital Foundation. During the pandemic, Maura witnessed how many families suffered and became involved in Food for Others.

Maura is a graduate of Mars Hill University. She enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking, paddle-tennis, and reading.
