We are first time homeowners and Maureen was incredible through the whole process! She made our experience truly special, fun and was a real trooper after trying to bid on many houses and falling short due to the crazy market. it was an absolute pleasure working with her! We would highly recommend working with Maureen. She is always responsive and helped ensure our closing went smoothly. I would give her more stars but I guess 5 is the limit.

Some people are good at their jobs, some people are great. Maureen, however, brings a new level of expertise to real estate transactions. She knows her business inside and out and it is evident from the first contact you have with her. Her knowledge of the market, from the perspective of a buyer or seller is unparalleled. What I find most impressive is her honesty and her ethics. She has represented me several times as both a buyer and a seller and her integrity on both sides of the transaction are unwavering. She doesn't play games, she listens to what you want and need and she sorts through until she finds it. She doesn't push buyers or sellers, rather she lays out the facts, the alternatives and always works from a position of fairness to all parties. Maureen is a great realtor with a passion for what she does. Oh, and her patience is legendary!

Maureen helped me and my husband find two rentals, and eventually helped us find our first home! She’s as thorough as she is kind, and will always keep you informed and up-to-date on any information you need regarding searching for, buying, or selling a home. She is a true pleasure to work with and when my husband and I decide to leave our starter home and move on, Maureen will be the first person we call! I would highly recommend working with Maureen Copeland!
