Mcanalle Neal

Mcanalle Neal was born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia. She attended the University of Virginia, majoring in English and Media Studies, before relocating to the Virgin Islands to enhance her skills in the hospitality industry. She led a happy existence with her feet in the sand for ten years, balancing work in hospitality and food/beverage with dabbling in vacation rental property management and having two beautiful children. In 2020, Mcanalle decided to move back to her hometown of Charlottesville to continue raising her children and pursue a career in real estate.

She hit the ground running and has ratified 15 contracts in her first five months of selling real estate and shows no signs of slowing down. In her downtime, she practices yoga and swims at the local health club, and spends time with her children.


Mcanalle prides herself on being accessible, dependable, and hard-working for her clients. She is also passionate and knowledgeable about Charlottesville and Central Virginia, having grown up here and determining it the BEST place to live and have a family!
