however focusing on site specific neighborhoods.
Lead on-site agent for Rockhaven Homes PARK CHASE in Brookhaven, Ga. This pocket neighborhood
consisted of 24 homes, priced in the $700K-$900K. Created daily social media posts, weekly open house
events, multiple community events bi-monthly, and monthly marketing calendars, including broker opens and
continuing education events.
Planning, development consultant and co-listing agent on new tiny home enclave in East Point, with homes
ranging from 500-1000 square feet, pricing in the low to mid $200Ks.
Co-Realtor and designer for Jim Chapman Communities HOMESTEAD at RIDGEWOOD HEIGHTS (HRH) on
Moores Mill in Buckhead and the new Upper Westside Atlanta. This enclave consists of 12 (4/3.4-4) homes
starting in the $890Ks, featuring ‘couture’ selections in fabulous Spec homes to reflect quality and finish of the
builder.
Helped to create all collateral for take aways, website and social media, coordinating a VIP exclusive event,
and planning future ‘out of the box” Open “car” Houses for both East Point and HRH developments for Spring
2018; hosting onsite visits while property is under construction, to provide feedback, answer questions and
explain the vision.
